T3 NEUF VUE PANORAMIQUE sur Mer PREMIERE LIGNE in Arcachon

Underwhelmed for 148 euros. Unwelcoming and officious on arrival and impertinent on departure. Garden view was a view of the car park. Toilet facility in room inadequate - very small toilet and lukewarm water in the shower. Would gladly expand if contacted. Would certainly not stay here again .

I contacted your hotel on the 3rd Sept Day 5 and again this morning the 4th September Day 4. When I contacted on the 3rd the person I spoke with had poor English and when I spoke today I was told to email. I have been trying to cancel my reservation due to being very unwell and I have had very little help. I was even hung up on my a male staff member being told he was too busy. When I phoned today Anna told me I couldn’t get a refund but they would change the dates but the terms and conditions allow refund.
