Short stop over stay. Friendly and efficient reception staff. Modern, nice rooms. Excellent location close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Not cheap, but fairly priced. Ample underground parking spaces, but only accessible with remote control that has to be picked up in reception previously.

An ideal place to spend a few days and relax in front of the sea. Very well located with services around the establishment. We will return!!!

The hotel has a great location, right by the beach. There are very good restaurants nearby. The breakfast is delicious. The rooms are comfortable. There is underground parking. But, unfortunately, there is no way to charge an electric car.

On the day of our arrival, my husband fell off his bike and was taken to hospital. After his discharge we arrived exhausted at the hotel. The reception team were very concerned for his health and helped us greatly. They kindly allowed us a late checkout so my husband could rest. We are very grateful to them all

The positives - nice staff, comfortable room with a lovely sea view, and great location for spending the day on the beach.
The negatives - Nowhere are you told in advance that you need to reserve parking before arrival. Nothing on the website or while booking. This meant we were left driving around for over an hour during high season looking for parking.
Also, our shower was broken. It didn't drain so water spilled out onto the floor of the bathroom, making it essentially unusable. This was reported to reception twice, but nothing was ever done about it and no accommodations were made for us.
For how expensive it is, there should be better care of their guests.

We spent 2 nights at this hotel, the check in was very easy and the staff was friendly. The rooms are quite standard, and we were a bit disappointed that even though we had booked a view to the bay, we received a room that had a view towards the back of the casino… not quite what we had expected or hoped for. Upon arrival on the first day, we entered the room with maintenance working on fixing our fridge. He informed us that our fridge did not work and would be replaced on the second day (we informed him that this would not be an issue, and we did in fact have a functioning fridge as of the second day). The breakfast was quite standard, and some of the supposed warm food was in fact not warm.
The hotel is really well located to the beach, less than 2 minutes walking and in general is very close to the town.

Very good location, with the beach almost at your doorstep! Great room with a balcony.
An easy 10 min walk to the pier where the ferries depart for Cap Ferret.
Restaurants all around.
About 10mins walk from the SNCF train station. Manageable for those rolling luggage as the pavement along the way is mostly paved and flat.

The reception staff were amazing. They looked after us exceptionally well and professionally.
