ibis Budget Beaune

Great location right next to the motorway for our journey south. Great size family rooms. Comfy beds. Clean room. Always friendly staff. We use this hotel every year when traveling to our ski destination.

Stayed with two dogs traveling to get carry in Barcelona.
Perfect location, great size room, modern clean, efficient

Very happy overall. Rooms were very comfortable, clean. Check in and check out was very easy. We were travelling from the south of France to the Channel ports by car and the car park is really secure (we had bikes on our car) but easy to enter/exit. Staff were very friendly before and the swimming pool was a welcome feature after/before a long drive. Only small negative was the somewhat confusing deposit system. We were told this would cover our evening meal in the restaurant which we could charge to our room but our waiter then, rather abruptly , told us that we had to pay there and then.

A good example of a budget hotel with limited facilities but all the necessities that are needed for a good nights rest. Vending machines in the lobby and nearby restaurants include a Grill Restaurant, Thai, Italian and Chinese. Would be good if the bed was a bit comfier but for the price you pay, it is satisfactory. The service from the staff was good and spoke both French and English. Breakfast is your normal spread of French Breakfast from Croissants to Tartines and even a Nutella Machine. It is very handy being just off the A6 heading towards Lyon and the French Riviera. Overall a good stay.

Install handles in shower, fans in rooms. Improve cleaning and maintenance of walls

We have stayed here a few times now and always have a lovely experience , staff very friendly , rooms are very clean and comfortable. I always get a good nights sleeps here . We use for a one nights stop over on our way to south of France, easy to find just off the autoroute .

Nice renovated hotel. Rooms are very good. Professional staff. Ok prices. Bar good, breakfast good, diner was good, food of diner was ok, I expected a little more. Quality of the food could have been better. The wine list is great, so it would be nice to see a better match between those two (food and wine). We liked the service of the staff and the open atmosphere in the lobby, bar, play room and restaurant. Feels good. The rooms (connected, we were with family of 5) were very good. Swimming-pool open year round would be great. It was closed now. We were looking forward to a nice dip in the pool after our long drive of the day.
Anyway, thanks for everything. We know where to book when we are around.

Good stay and everything you expect from ibis budget. Efficient and good value. Only problem is even if you ask at booking (and pay for it) to prepare the bed, the bunk bed is not prepared. They tell you it is to save cost but i'd rather pay.
