This is the budget Ibis so don't expect much. Room was tiny but cosy. Bathroom super small but has a loo, shower and tiny sink that splashes water everywhere. Don't bother with the breakfast though. Weak coffee, toast and croissant. Museli tastes like shredded cardboard. Dining room doubles as reception and corridor.

Great central location, staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were decent, only reason not 5 star is due to ineffective air conditioning for me! Otherwise, great hotel.

I was supposed to arrive on November 7th and leave on November 9th. But unfortunately, I suffered (and am still suffering) a miscarriage.
The reservation was made through Booking.com, and when we called Booking.com, they said they couldn't refund the value of the two nights, but we could change the dates. However, when I spoke to a lady from the Ibis hotel itself, besides being super arrogant and rude, she told me that they wouldn't refund or change the dates.
I've never had such a bad experience as this.
I didn't go because I was in the hospital emergency room, in pain and bleeding. Suffering a miscarriage.

When the sofa bed in the room opens as a bed, there is no more space to walk around. It is too big for 1 person. There is a bad smell on the floors and especially in the entrance. The breakfast is too basic but ok. There are 2 rooms for breakfast. The main room is nice to sit and eat but the extra room is just a boring room. The location is ok but far from most central parts. The car parking is expensive; you pay per hour.

This was a very good value room. It was just a little bit too small and I found myself stepping over my small suitcase, but the price was very good. I will definitely stay here again. The staff were fantastic.

Great location near Bordeaux centre. Reception and bar staff very friendly and helpful. Biggest inconvenience: no bin bag in the room's only, small, bin. We didn't try the breakfast, but enjoyed a free drink at the bar in exchange for refusing room service (unfortunately only part of the bar menu is included). In the room, the shower was small, a little inconvenient, and lacked a shower curtain to prevent spills on the floor. The room was not beautiful, but functional with a chair, table, smaller table with sofa, and bedside tables included. The blackout blind was very good & the room was quiet at night, although the AC unit is quite loud when operating (we switched it off at night). Got some nice tea, instant coffee and a cheap kettle, and we had to ask at the bar for new cups on the second night.

We were a family of 3 couples and 2 dogs.
It was very convenient and easy to check-in, even late in the evening.
There was a very friendly smiling staff member who recommended us a good Brasserie near the hotel. She gave us very clear directions on foot or by tram.
The rooms were a good size and comfortable.

Well located hotel, right on the tram line to the airport. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and provided great service. Nice clean and spacious rooms, although the bathroom was a little small. Well priced lunch menu in the restaurant. Small let down was the dirty toilets in the public area on LG.

Tired, smelly room and floor (floor 8, room 810). The cleaners were on the floor as we arrived and the smell was at its worst, they can't be actually emptying/replacing the bags on their hoovers. It's really bad.
Got the room as part of loyalty points to enable an overnight stay in the city as part of a wider trip so no time to pack up again and change rooms. It's clear they put us in the crappiest of the crap rooms. No one should have to stay in a room or floor like this. They should be embarrassed.

2nd stay for wine festival. OK location to walk to event. Easy check-in, but didn't get room allocation until we returned at midnight, as we arrived before 2pm. Room booked for two people, room appears to be ready for one. As lack of towels, 1 coffee sachet,, 1 decaf, no tea , only 2 infusions.. no long life milk. Didn't book breakfast as previous breakfast at this ibis was not good.
