Well located hotel, right on the tram line to the airport. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and provided great service. Nice clean and spacious rooms, although the bathroom was a little small. Well priced lunch menu in the restaurant. Small let down was the dirty toilets in the public area on LG.

Tired, smelly room and floor (floor 8, room 810). The cleaners were on the floor as we arrived and the smell was at its worst, they can't be actually emptying/replacing the bags on their hoovers. It's really bad.
Got the room as part of loyalty points to enable an overnight stay in the city as part of a wider trip so no time to pack up again and change rooms. It's clear they put us in the crappiest of the crap rooms. No one should have to stay in a room or floor like this. They should be embarrassed.

2nd stay for wine festival. OK location to walk to event. Easy check-in, but didn't get room allocation until we returned at midnight, as we arrived before 2pm. Room booked for two people, room appears to be ready for one. As lack of towels, 1 coffee sachet,, 1 decaf, no tea , only 2 infusions.. no long life milk. Didn't book breakfast as previous breakfast at this ibis was not good.

Like many other Ibis hotels, this one is in desperate need of renovation — it’s quite old. The reception area is okay, but the rooms are small, very hot, and outdated. The location isn’t ideal, though you can walk to the city center in about 25–30 minutes. Due to ongoing construction, there’s currently no public transport connecting the hotel to the center. Parking is available at the Carrefour next door, but unfortunately, there were several people sleeping in the parking garage and in front of the hotel, which didn’t feel very safe.

Good location! One tram station (tram A goes to the airport and city center) and bus stops (including bus G goes to the Saint-Jean train station) are right in front of the hotel. Have a restaurant on the ground floor good to have a coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. The services and staff are very nice and kind but the room was dark, small, only have least amenities.

We had a 2 nights stay in the hotel and had a great experience. We checked in late, around 22h and got and Amazing big room. We were 2 people and the room was probably for 3 ppl as there was a sofa bed in case. One of the best parts was that there was a small corridor with the door in between. 2 doors were perfectly redusing the noise coming from the corridor ( happy and noisy people checking in and out ;)) otherwise great stuff, clean. Really Satisfied.

The hotel has a very good location and very friendly staff. We really enjoyed staying there. The room was a bit small for 3 persons - with open sofa-bed for the child it was a bit difficult to move but as we didn't stay long time in the room and basically just sleep there - it was fine. The room was clean and mattresses were comfy. The staff is a great plus of the hotel, all of them from reception to the waiters in the cafeteria are very smiley and ready to help with everything. We didn't book breakfast in advance, but had it once and paid on the spot - it was delicious.

Great centrally located hotel,clean,great helpful staff who could not have done more for three stranded visitors (scammed by a local booking !).
Breakfast is great,hotel is beside supermarkets and the efficient tram to the airport...recommended highly for pleasant staff and good facilities.
Rooms are well equipped and quiet with aircon.
Thank you to all the staff..made an awful situation much better!

Do read the reviews. There are two hotels in the same building. The ibis is very good. I have not been to ibis budget. Breakfast buffet is nice but as others have mentioned, no vegetables, very little fruit, so as vegan/vegetarian travelers bring your own. Auchan in walking distance. Coffee actually quite good.

We stayed here for a few days. Decent rooms at a good price at a good location. The restaurant also has some good choices.
I want to specifically mention the young man who checked us in. I never got his name, but he was extremely helpful. We had just experienced a death in the family at the time. He called the hospital for us to figure out the visiting hours as we were not very good at speaking French. This small act of kindness stood out in an otherwise awful week. I wanted to make sure that I commended him on that. Thank you very much.
