This is a well run, small luxury hotel, a bit off from the centre of the city. Reception staff were excellent and responsive. The manager is excellent as well, and she handled everything perfectly. The room was a junior suite. A bit oddly shaped with insufficient space for luggage. Nevertheless it was clean and spotless and comfortable. They did not have the type of pillows I needed for my bad neck, so what did they do? They went out to buy them! Amazing. No hotel has done that for me before! Breakfast was lovely, though a bit limited in my view. All in all, a very good, well run hotel which I would not hesitate to recommend to my friends.

Had a wonderful 5 day stay at YNDO. The staff were attentive and helpful. Our “Crazy”room was spacious, with a sitting area, terrace and large bathroom. We had breakfast twice at the hotel. Everything was fresh, lots of fruit, breads and eggs your way. We also had dinner there one night and it too was very good. White asparagus was a nice starter. We also walked to neighborhood restaurants that were recommended by the staff. I would definitely stay here again. You will love it.

Me and my partner stayed for one night whilst travelling for a wedding. All the staff were great, we had lunch and breakfast at the hotel which was really good. We stayed in one of the crazy rooms, and had the biggest bath tub I have ever seen! I would highly recommend staying at YNDO

Great small hotel with beautiful rooms and suites , all what you need and everything is in tjhe highest level. Location is perfect and all the team is so kind and welcomi A real perfect hotel for whoever looks for a boutique and friendly hotel.

A neighborhood gem! We had a big, beautiful room with ample space, a huge tub, nice bathroom and bath products and a vaulted ceiling that made it feel especially spacious. It felt like our own little apartment but also as though we were staying at a fabulous friend’s fabulous home. The sitting room and breakfast room were beautiful places to hang out and have a drink, read, just relax and were beautifully decorated for Christmas…..the service was very attentive and they have a wonderful breakfast spread. For those of you into design, you’ll marvel at the paint colors, fabric choices, furnishings, overall decor…….I only wish we had more time here!

Very large and comfortable room, everyone very pleasant and welcoming. Lovely breakfast on the terrace. No problem with gluten-free for my celiac husband. Great location. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Very quiet. Will plan to stay here again.

We are currently staying at the Hotel Yndo. Being in the hotel business for over 30 years, I was eager to try this tucked away intimate version of a Hotel Particulier. My husband and I returned from a day out and noticed that a bag of dirty clothes was missing from our room. I went to the front desk to inquire about our clothes indicating that we did not phone housekeeping to launder our clothing nor did we fill out a form. I was blatantly told that if it is is one of their bags, they take it and launder it. When I politely stated I did not request this, it would have been simple for management to return our items, acknowledge a misunderstanding and move on. Management was extremely rude in their interaction with me, inferred I (the guest) was in the wrong) and was clearly angered by it. They did the right thing and removed it from our bill (even though they were not laundered when they returned our items). The interaction is enough to not want to return..

I very much enjoyed my stay and this original and quiet hotel tucked in the heart of Bordeaux. I arrived late and was very pleasantly greeted by the night manager. My room was in the second building on the top floor with a vast bed, a very modern bathroom with a huge bath. I slept very well, and there was no noise, and the breakfast the next day was amazing. Very nice staff.

Just returned from a stay in this beautiful hotel, which is very unique and quirky. The design of our room and the hotel overall was fabulous and would not hesitate to recommend to other travellers. We also took advantage of dining in the courtyard which was lovely.

My sister and I were given the opportunity to have a little break from caring for our parents and we were looking for a haven of peace and relaxation in the city of Bordeaux. My sister found Yndo and what a find it was The staff, Estelle, Richard, Romain and Chloé were attentive, personable and professionnal and any minor issues were resolved quickly and courteously. The hotel is beautiful and very well situated. The rooms were extremely quiet and the beds very comfortable so we were able to have a complete rest which did us the power of good. The breakfast was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed visiting the beautiful city of Bordeaux. Thank you Yndo for enabling us to have a complete break it was wonderful
