This is our second stay at this wonderful hotel. The rooms are top notch. The service is excellent. The breakfast amazing. Basically Ritz Carlton grade everything in walking g distance to all the Bordeaux center has to offer. We were here for four days, and will gladly be back next time wine country calls. Special shout out to Anastasia from the breakfast staff who always made sure our coffee was full.

Two things:
1. We had a very nice room - I would recommend you considering painting it a much lighter color. The room can seem dark at times.
2. I would consider keeping the rooftop bar open til at least 1am on Friday and Saturday night.

Superb service, breakfast, spa and hotel overall. Went for the weekend to celebrate my 10 year anniversary with my partner and everything was perfect from start to finish. Agathe welcomed us in super nicely, and the entire staff made the experience memorable.
Would definitively recommend the spa, and don’t miss the canelés during breakfast!

Really enjoyed the time at this hotel. The complementary breakfasts were amazing and was easy access to everything you could possible see in Bordeaux. Wish I could be here again. Also the restaurant inside was really good! Service was top notch!

We stayed 5 nights at this beautiful hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff welcomed us with the utmost hospitality. We especially want to thank Anastasia, Leandre, Jen, and the chef who made our omelettes each morning for starting every day with a smile. We also appreciated the full gym facility, the spa area, the rooftop bar and the main restaurant. Everything was exceptional. Thanks to Hugo for helping us with our car and bags and George and the young lady at concierge who arranged two fabulous private wine tastings. Thanks also to the housekeeping staff who kept our room meticulously clean during our stay. We especially enjoyed the treats left in the evening during turn down service. It’s always fun to come home to something sweet. It was our first time visiting Bordeaux and your entire staff made it so memorable. If we ever pass this way again we will definitely stay here! Great location, great food, great people….perfection!

Tarik was an exceptional waiter!! He immediately accommodated us even though the rooftop bar was very busy. He apologized for the wait and immediately took care of us. The hotel is so lucky to have such a personable, efficient, and kind young man working there. He is an asset to the hotel, and we thought he was the best waiter ever!!!

Excellent breakfast and the skilled care of the concierge staff stand out. In particular, the food at La Pressoir d'Argent Gordon Ramsay 2-star restaurant and the sommelier's recommendations are excellent.

Beautiful hotel amazing service!
Nancy at the rooftop bar was so good to us. The nicest service we have had and so lovely.
Lea at reception was also so so helpful and did the most to ensure we had an amazing visit.
