Very convenient location. Clean and comfortable room

Very nice hotel conveniently located away from the city center.
Just two things, breakfast ends at 09.30 and sometimes busses with dumb tourists are off loaded. The kind that talks loud and slams doors at 06.30 in the freaking morning.

Room was comfortable during my stay, and I'm glad I stayed here because it was within a short distance of the historic churches in town. Will definitely stay here again next time.

We stayed one night and wish we could have stayed longer. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, comfy bed, spacious and clean room. Highly recommended.

The front desk staff were so welcoming and friendly- even surprised my daughter with balloons and a gift on her birthday. Great location, large clean rooms. Highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed here (visiting from the U.S.) for the D-Day 80th anniversary week and absolutely loved it! This hotel is in a perfect location in Caen’s city center, across from the harbor and within walking distance to countless restaurants, cafés, and Brasseries as well as lots of shopping and historic sites. Easy walking to Caen Castle, The Abbey of Sainte-Trinitie, L'Abbaye-aux-Hommes, and many other beautiful sites around town.

Our room was a suite with a king bed and separate small living area with a couch & table, very clean and comfortable. But our best impressions came from the amazing front desk staff. Kelsey, Amy and Emma in particular were always genuinely interested in how our stay was going and went out of their way to answer any questions we had (excellent English and French speaking). There were other employees who were great as well (sorry, didn't document their names). Our bags were delayed from our flights for several days and they all truly cared and wanted to help us get them asap. They regularly updated us each morning and afternoon as we walked by, as if they were all ‘pulling for us’ to get them quickly. Emma even helped me call the bag currier, speaking French, to determine a delivery date/time and tried to expedite the process with them. Kelsey offered shopping suggestions and directions for us to buy clothes. When my bag finally arrived (6 days late), the staff had taken it to my room for me and they showed sincere happiness for its arrival.

Overall, this is a fantastic property and we will most definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic experience here. This hotel was reasonable, clean, and very nice inside and out. The rooms were spacious and all of the staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is centrally located near the center of Caen, in easy walking distance to the downtown and a number of sites worth visiting. I'd surely stay here again.
