The hotel is in an ideal location, with many delicious restaurants nearby and convenient shopping. The parking space is relatively narrow, it is worth recommending

Located on the pedestrian street of Caen, it is convenient to department stores and the cathedral. The front is a bit small and I almost couldn't find it. Along the way, there are many churches of different sizes and many snacks.

The hotel is very well located and the bed for a third person in a room with two other people has a good mattress. The staff is very gentle and polite, from the receptionist to the kitchen staff. I would just add that the hotel needs to have room service at least, even thought the hotel is located near Monoprix and some restaurants, having room service is kind of important.

The hotel is very big, but the air conditioning is very hot and almost non-existent. The front desk was willing to give me an extra fan, which solved the problem, but the restroom is still very hot. There are no cars at Disneyland after 12 o'clock at night, and there is no one on the street. It's scary.

The place is remote, there is a long distance from Caen to North Caen, and transportation is inconvenient.

One of those hotels that is so ordinary that you can't remember much about it afterwards. Having said that, apart from being seriously overpriced for what you get - a very cramped room and bathroom - it was OK just for one night until you can find something much better and cheaper.

Small rooms, bar only open for dinner time and a limited menu, cheap, but museum and good resturants a short walk away. Plenty of parking. Normandy beaches close, as is Bayeaux Tapestry. Mont St Michel is a couple of hour drive but worth it. Staff are friendly, the food and wifi are all good. Shops and petrol station nearby - Overall a good stay

My mum and I stayed for 3 nights here from Tue 17 Oct as part of a Leger holiday coach tour group. The hotel manager and his team were unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful towards us during our short stay. Our room (#48) was compact but provided everything we needed. The twin beds were super comfy and the bathroom was brightly lit. We were both very impressed with how clean everything was....

We stay at Brit Hotel for business reason. Reception is fast and friendly. The rooms are as expected for a 3 star hotel, clean and bed is comfortable. The bathroom is dangerous because to get a shower you need to climb over the bath tub; and when get out you can slip and fall. The hotel is at 3 km of the universities.

Everything was good about the hotel and location. The slight downside was limited menu options in the restaurant.

Nice Ambience with good customer satisfaction

Quiet. Very close to the World War II Museum in Caen. Free parking at the hotel. About 10 minutes drive to the city center. Roadside parking in Caen is very cheap at night. You can park all night at 0.3 euros. It is also close to Bayeux and about 1 hour to Utah Beach.

Enjoyed staying at the hotel which never let me down as a brand of Best Western, the room was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and nice. The only issue was the shower did not has its enclosure so the floor of the toilet could be wet and slippery that can create health and safety concerns.

Hotel and pleasant staff reserved for the swimming pool, but closed until April and nothing indicated on the site.

Correct and its facilities fulfill the utility function of the occasion.

Fair priced, excellent for a night sleep during a road trip. Parking is a bit tight. Personnel was extremely helpful and pleasant. Very flexible with night arrangements (can easily cancel a night, pay per day of stay), so great for road trips.

Excellent service, I visited with my family and it was an excellent experience. The staff is professional and polite, the rooms are neat and clean. The attached bathroom is well equipped and the breakfast service is great.

We are always made to feel welcome, Caen is particularly pleasant,but all B.B. Hotels are similar. The rooms are great, like the picture-paper over the bed! Everything as it should be. Shame we don’t have time for breakfast when returning to UK, after a full days drive up.

Nice place to spend a few days as the rooms can have a small kitchen. The rooms are comfortable. These are a set of independent units that have a couple or more rooms. Looks like pre-built buildings but not in a bad way. We didn’t heard any noises or had any issues at all. The breakfast is a bit on the expensive side as in most places so we opted to make our own on the room. It’s a good value for money...

My husband and I recently stayed there for a few days on vacation. The rooms are small but clean and have comfortable beds. It was just a short walk to the rail station. The breakfast was really nice, and the staff was wonderful as they were always available and helpful with information and restaurant recommendations. A perfect hotel, reminiscent of the Etap of old but a much better standard. Everything perfect at a bargain price. We will stay again next year to explore Caen better.

it was alazing clean feindly staff , easy welcoming. the one issue is the parking at night it was full so i jad to park disel car in the charging electric vehicle place , i was tired and want to sleep. coffe nespresso machine 6 bullets with carton cups and suger and tea canderil also. perfect

Loved this hotel so much. I kept booking it and stayed 3 consecutive nights. So chic, so pretty and perfect. Extremely clean and it even has a nesspresso machine and decaf pods. From having stayed in many hotels in Europe, most AC are not very strong. Le Carline was the exception. The AC was extremely cold and pleasant. The rooms are very well insulated so you can’t hear anything that’s going on outside...

Check-in was quick, the room was quiet and clean. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance. The hotel guy was also very friendly and helped to open the door and reminded us of the breakfast time.

Ibis here was the same welcoming hotel as I almost always find with Ibis. When I asked for a good restaurant, the receptionist gave me directions to one, and it was glorious.

Well located. OK place to crash for a night. No frills does the job. Window on road side during weekend can be noisy. Breakfast is quite basic.

This hostel was cute and very clean for the price ! Bresckfast was good, with freshmade orange juice! The style of the building is fresh too !!! People were very nice and the location is perfect near by the city centre, you can do everything by foot. Lots of parking around. Great for working or for a weekend holiday.

Very nice hotel conveniently located away from the city center. Just two things, breakfast ends at 09.30 and sometimes busses with dumb tourists are off loaded. The kind that talks loud and slams doors at 06.30 in the freaking morning.

My stay there was not bad as it is within walking distance of many attractions in Caen. The only problems I had are, in the breakfast buffet during my stay, the scrambled eggs were not that good and the bacon didn’t really taste right. My bathroom didn’t have a fan so if you ever have to take a dump, make sure to wave the door around to get the stench out or do courtesy flushes to get rid of it as...

Children loved the pool. Breakfast was great. Small room, no cleaning at all during our 3 day stay. Limited food service during lunch and a nice barbecue at dinner. Location is a bit of, you preferably need a car.

It's a bit remote, but it's just a place to rest on the way. Don't ask for too much. The price is a bit expensive.

There aren't many restaurants in the area. Parking is free, but there is a gate bar so you can park safely.

We had a warm and friendly welcome to the hotel. The staff were approachable and knowledgeable about the area and which was the best way to get around the area. The room itself was ideal as it was mainly somewhere to have as a base. The room was spacious, and a good view of the swimming pool and table tennis. It’s clean, tidy, warm welcome and as expected from an Ibis. The mercure is just next door where I usually stay but it was fully booked. Car park is just over the road and is very reasonable. I love the location, right on the harbour so you can people and boat watch, especially great in the summer with all the bars and restaurants - all within walking distance.

Rooms are a bit on the small side, breakfast was okay. Staff on reception were nice and very helpful. Great location, very close to Caen Castle, the Cathedral and loads of restaurants.

Friendly staff. Location is great, right in the center of the city next to a marina. Rooms are on the small side but that's expected when you're in the centre. On sundays the hotel is a bit hard to reach by car due to the market but that's not really their fault.

Receptionist was really helpful with my Negative Covid Test and documents for return sailing to England. She printed out everything for me to pass safely through customs at Ouistreham. Great hotel, clean, nice big rooms and a super breakfast included. The hotel is situated about 100 meters from a nice square with many good restaurants to choose from. This is also a great place to choose of traveling with children.

Loved the bathroom, and spacious room with a lovely welcome. I wish I had the opportunity to dine in the restaurant, but perhaps in the future, they'll have a vegan menu, but this is a fantastic stay in the surprisingly vibrant city of Caen. The room interior design seemed a little under 5-star standards but everything was clean and neat.

Magnificent experience with respect to both culinary aspects and hotel stay

Lovely receptionists, quick booking in, complimentary tea and coffee at all times from the restaurant, clean comfy room. Dining room nice, and we had breakfast which was nice, mainly continental as we would expect, but also boil your own eggs, bacon, scrambled egg and sausages.
