Breakfast not varied enough but adequate quantity.

The hotel was clean and comfortable with a great location. The biggest drawback was that only jarred food to be put in a steamer was available in the bar. The bar was so cozy and comfortable it would have been great to have real food especially since it had been down pouring all day and we were ready to get out of the rain. It also would have been nice to be able to hook the shower sprayer up so you could take a shower rather than having to hand hold it.

Atmospheric Carcassonne by day and especially at night, right outside the hotel, this is an excellent experience, well run with friendly and helpful staff throughout, modern in decoration within the old , clean and tidy.
Lovely outside patio/ garden area looking outwards the walls and turrets of the Cite'. We had an amazing four day stay.

My only complaint about this lovely hotel is the perfume diffusers in the room. It was so strong I would have changed hotels if I had not pre-payed. The staff was very nice about removing the diffuser, but the perfume was saturated in the sheets and pillows so that it was difficult to sleep. I did ask for a different room, but was told all of the rooms had perfume diffusers. In addition to being unpleasant, perfume is unhealthy for many people and I highly recommend you have at least some rooms available without it. I found your hotel comfortable, attractive, conveniently located, and the staff was so helpful: however I would never stay with you again and will not recommend your hotel to friends.

Our room was stuck next to the spa, and smelled a mix of mildew, and air freshener (to cover the mildew smell).
We expected the king-size bed (I believe that's what we booked). Queen-size instead. No view from the room.
On a lesser note, I booked the "banio", expecting the "endless pool" ("contre-courrant"), so I could swim, and it is not really a true endless pool. Just don't call it a "contre-courrant", it is not.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! Could not fault this place on anything! All the staff were delightfully pleasant, friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful - extremely comfortable bed and bedding, amazing bathroom and facilities, great view and good amenities. The room service was fantastic and reasonably-priced and the breakfast was delicious. The spa and service there were top-notch! Location was the best possible!
As it was winter, the outdoor pool was closed but the rest made up for that.
