Best Western L'Orangerie Hotel

We stopped off for two nights on the way home from holidays in the south. The location of the hotel is excellent and close to the highway, although it is located in a kind of industrial estate you can easily forget this once inside the lovely hotel ....lovely pool and garden sitting area. Very relaxing hotel, good size with kids as it's small and friendly and they can go back and forth to the room themselves.

The staff were lovely and friendly however one complaint would be that on Saturday the hotel was clearly understaffed with just one person (the brilliant Charline) was manning both reception and the bar...with the hotel full and the pool area completely jammed, she spent hours running between serving drinks and dealing with check ins
Dear management of the hotel, consider adding a resource at such busy times...waiting an hour to get a bottle of rose at apero time really does detract from this otherwise brilliant experience!

Great stay. Multilingual staff. Great sleep, really comfy beds and very quiet. Great breakfast, excellent value.

The hotel is accessed from a small road off the highway. The gardens and pool are beautiful. There's no elevator, so carrying luggage upstairs was a bit of a hassle. The room was small but comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. There's no refrigerator, but you can get ice and water in the restaurant. The breakfast was quite generous, and the staff were very friendly.

There is no elevator, so it is troublesome to carry luggage. The room is big enough.

I was desperately ill while staying at L’Orangerie, but the staff and hotel were perfect. Staff were always helpful and kind, and L’Orangerie is a comfortable and very pleasant place to stay!

Very interesting building. Rooms were charming. Beautiful grounds. Friendly staff. Ample parking.
