Extremely dirty hotel, rooms are very small, the linen was dirty, and they had poor water pressure. If you ever come to Chambery, don’t stay here! It is right next to the train station and it is very loud at night.

If you don’t wanna ruin your day, just don’t go to their restaurant.
The creature (cannot even call him a human) who works there is the most inhuman leftover of humanity.
While I had an medical urgency to access the bathroom, he was extremely rude and didn’t let me go in.
I can wish nothing but the worst to him.

Today I missed a bus connection in Chambery due to delays and, although I didnt stay in the Hotel, the receptionist Ali helped me a lot in finding a Taxi to get to my final destination. I really appreciated his kindness and his courtesy regardless to the fact that I was a random stranger asking for help. I Will surely come here for any future planned visit to Chambéry.

I was at late night left with no option more than looking for a hotel to stay. Most of the staff knows English so it's good, if not, they use translate google to communicate. Cheap with breakfast included. Breakfast was very good. Night was quiet and I did rest well. I recommend this hotel.

Basic hotel, we needed somewhere just to put our heads down after train strikes changed our plans. The photos make the rooms look a lot nicer than they were. the bed was hard and the pillows were also quite firm. The shower was tiny with a shower curtain the whole way around! I could tell when I arrived why there were no photos of the bathrooms on the website!
I felt the hotel felt a bit dirty and tired looking but I guess you get what you pay for, we would never usually stay in a 3 star hotel so I guess it's not the standard we are used to and wont be doing it again.
Location is good for train station but there isn't a lot else around there.

All in all a nice hotel.. Nice and clean room.. First time in France, so it was a good experience.. 2 things missing in room.. A real airconditioning installed and a little fridge.. Because of that only 4 ⭐

Friendly staff and clean but basic rooms. My room had an traditional varanda doors onto a balcony which made for a nice feature. The breakfast was also really good, a continental with a good range options. Overall it was a great little hotel. I would recommend it. 1 min from the Gare and 10min walk to told quarter. Note the Google map location for this hotel is wrong dispite requesting a change.
