We expected slightly more from a 4 star hotel. : We ordered room service through the QR code placed in our room for this purpose. This promised the food to arrive within 30 minutes. The hotel overall was quite good. There was an outdoor play area for kids (but the kids couldn't play as it was raining). There was a spacious lounge with different activities. The staff was pretty good.

Happily surprised with the quality of every service available at the hotel. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Used as a one night stop over on the way home from skiing. Clean, comfortable and easy to find straight off the motorway. Good size family room with 2 double beds. Helpful staff.

Decent fo an overnight stay. We chose this hotel because we were passing through on our way to the south of France. They have a restaurant on site which made it convenient. The rooms were adequate and fairly comfortable.

Room is neat and clean, all the staff at reception are quite nice and warmhearted . It’s worth having a breakfast at hotel as they offered varied foods and drinks. Hope to come back again with loved ones.

Located in the center of town, everything was close. The staff was kind and the breakfast was of outstanding quality and variety, definitely worth the extra expense if you have a long day ahead of you.

An "exclusive" hidden gem in the heart of the old town of Chambery in Savoie. Everything was great from start to finish. Great attention to detail, comfort, a touch of luxury and service with a smile. We will come back.

Great place for a romantic weekend. I only gave 4 stars for the room as there was no air conditioning and it was a hot day so difficult to sleep. Otherwise it is a very nice place.

We stay 3 adults and one child here in large 2 floors room. Very very helpful personal both on reception and in restoran. Very friendly. Nice view, interesting history of the place. 10 min from city centre by taxi or car. Recommended for rest and good feeling.

Really good hotel for travellers with no frills, just everything you need - bed, bathroom, breakfast. This hotel is set in a really pretty area in Chambery near the Alps. We enjoyed our stay so much so, we stayed a second time. Really comfy bed, all the facilities you need to rest whilst travelling and a great help yourself breakfast. We will definitely stay again as our dogs were allowed too.

The quality of the room is okay. On the other hand, the surroundings and interior of the hotel could do with a good refresh. The manager and his partner are very friendly. The pastries presented in the morning would be more appreciated if they were fresh instead of being pain au chocolat and croissants that came out of the plastic.

The place was great. the Room had really good amenities like a mini fridge and a microwave so you can have a nice breakfast or easy dinner in your room. the staff was very friendly and helpful. Really great place to stay at. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was good and a wider choice available. The hotel's location is great for the city centre. Only drawback is the parking situation. The hotel's parking garage is a little tight, if you have a large car.

Visited here for work. Very nice personel speaking proper englisch. The rooms are nice and clean, the bed is comfortable and the breakfast is of good quality. Only point of attention is the temperature of the rooms. It is a bit on the warm side and the ventilation seems to have trouble cooling it down. The front desk was very responsible. I arrived at 23:50 at night. They had prepared the room card and waited for me. They walked me to the room upstairs in the backyard before going back. First time we have stayed in a Campinile and we were pleasantly surprised. Stayed for four nights. Nice quiet room with everything you need. Best bit is the electric blind that turns day into night. We had an overnight stop on the way to 3Vallees. Hotel was only 1/4 mile off our route. Close to a Carrefour for a fuel top up as well. Nice room, very good breakfast including sausage, poached eggs and bacon. evening meal menu a bit limited, but I enjoyed a really nice steak with pepper sauce.

We booked this because of the convenient location by the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, storing our luggage until check in time. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the eggs at breakfast - they were made from powder I think. The rest of the breakfast was good.

Today I missed a bus connection in Chambery due to delays and, although I didnt stay in the Hotel, the receptionist Ali helped me a lot in finding a Taxi to get to my final destination. I really appreciated his kindness and his courtesy regardless to the fact that I was a random stranger asking for help. I Will surely come here for any future planned visit to Chambéry.

I was at late night left with no option more than looking for a hotel to stay. Most of the staff knows English so it's good, if not, they use translate google to communicate. Cheap with breakfast included. Breakfast was very good. Night was quiet and I did rest well. I recommend this hotel.

Basic hotel, we needed somewhere just to put our heads down after train strikes changed our plans. The photos make the rooms look a lot nicer than they were. the bed was hard and the pillows were also quite firm. The shower was tiny with a shower curtain the whole way around! I could tell when I arrived why there were no photos of the bathrooms on the website! I felt the hotel felt a bit dirty...

Simple roadside hotel, French style. Very friendly owners. The rooms are in need of some love but clean and functional...adjust your expectations and you'll be fine. No breakfast buffet - to reduce food waste, the owners ask you the day before what you would like to eat. Very reasonable price and ideal for an overnight stay. 👌

The ibis budget in Chambéry is very good as a budget hotel. The rooms are relatively cheap, and Chambéry is a good location to explore the surrounding areas from, as we did ourselves for over 3 weeks! The room itself had all the basic necessities. A bed that's more comfortable than I have experienced in the past (we slept on it for over 3 weeks without any problems), and the room has a small bathroom...

Cheap and easy to access hotel with a private parking. Highly recommended in-between destinations hotel! For long time stay i wouldn’t recommend though because the room was really small and there is no good view from that tiny window. But still unbeatable price quality ratio for 1 night stay

Nice staff, showed us the room first. Basic room but that's what you can expect from a budget hotel. Free parking (behind fence and gate) minus: N ext to a car wash, noisy, even after 22.00 h. Plus : Carrefour supermarket (open untill 22.00 h.) Within walking distance

It has a restaurant right in front of it. The place was fine. But the bathroom was small and not so clean. The 3 people room has a bunk top bed and a double bed. But the bunk bed is not done. If you use kt, you have to make you own bed. Breakfast was good.

Really a budget hotel. Very small converted as 3 bed room room. Toilet and bathroom very bad and very tiny. Also breakfast is very average. Staffs are not supportive.

Free parking. The room was a bit old. The toilets seat was extremwly old, the white plastic is becoming yellow. The blanket was burned with cigarettes and it had holes.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. But unfortunately these rooms and breakfast area are way overdue for refurbishment. The price is way too high for this standard of accommodation and there are better cheaper alternatives nearby. It maybe be right next to the motorway but so are many others. Don't wast your money. What you'd expect from a budget hotel, and only occasionally in the last 4 times we've stayed has there been a problem. One year the room stank to high heaven of cigarette smoke, and another year a light was broken. The latter was dealt with fairly quickly and the former, well we had to put up with it.
