We were in Chambery for one day after a hiking trek and found a room here. The room was clean and quiet. The front desk was very helpful and the location of the hotel was on a nice block convenient to everything we wanted to walk to. We would definitely stay here again.

Emergency stay when flight cancelled. Good value family room. Nice restaurant opposite. Really good breakfast. Made the horror of 9 hours on an airport floor much more bearable!

Today I missed a bus connection in Chambery due to delays and, although I didnt stay in the Hotel, the receptionist Ali helped me a lot in finding a Taxi to get to my final destination. I really appreciated his kindness and his courtesy regardless to the fact that I was a random stranger asking for help. I Will surely come here for any future planned visit to Chambéry.

I was at late night left with no option more than looking for a hotel to stay. Most of the staff knows English so it's good, if not, they use translate google to communicate. Cheap with breakfast included. Breakfast was very good. Night was quiet and I did rest well. I recommend this hotel.

Basic hotel, we needed somewhere just to put our heads down after train strikes changed our plans. The photos make the rooms look a lot nicer than they were. the bed was hard and the pillows were also quite firm. The shower was tiny with a shower curtain the whole way around! I could tell when I arrived why there were no photos of the bathrooms on the website! I felt the hotel felt a bit dirty...

All in all a nice hotel.. Nice and clean room.. First time in France, so it was a good experience.. 2 things missing in room.. A real airconditioning installed and a little fridge.. Because of that only 4 ⭐

Friendly staff and clean but basic rooms. My room had an traditional varanda doors onto a balcony which made for a nice feature. The breakfast was also really good, a continental with a good range options. Overall it was a great little hotel. I would recommend it. 1 min from the Gare and 10min walk to told quarter. Note the Google map location for this hotel is wrong dispite requesting a change.

We expected slightly more from a 4 star hotel. : We ordered room service through the QR code placed in our room for this purpose. This promised the food to arrive within 30 minutes. The hotel overall was quite good. There was an outdoor play area for kids (but the kids couldn't play as it was raining). There was a spacious lounge with different activities. The staff was pretty good.

Decent fo an overnight stay. We chose this hotel because we were passing through on our way to the south of France. They have a restaurant on site which made it convenient. The rooms were adequate and fairly comfortable.

Really great place to stay at. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was good and a wider choice available. The hotel's location is great for the city centre. Only drawback is the parking situation. The hotel's parking garage is a little tight, if you have a large car.

Visited here for work. Very nice personel speaking proper englisch. The rooms are nice and clean, the bed is comfortable and the breakfast is of good quality. Only point of attention is the temperature of the rooms. It is a bit on the warm side and the ventilation seems to have trouble cooling it down. We stayed here four nights and had a great stay. While the rooms are a bit small by international standards they are absolutely normal for Europe and even had a nice little balcony.
