2 weeks into our European trip we stayed here and it was the best accommodation to date. The staff were exceptionally welcoming. The rooms AC worked perfectly (it was 35° outside) We ate in the restaurant 2 nights, all 4 of us had different dishes each night and it was 100% The town of Chambery only 5 minutes away by car and well worth a stroll through. Wow. What can i say!!. Stoped for one night with family and friends on our way home to the UK. Parking was easy and so was the check in. Easy to find and although it was just off the Motorway you couldn't really hear anything. The Bar area was amazing with relaxing sofas and chairs to relax. Very friendly reception team; made sure we had rooms next to each other. Lovely common space, with some games for kids but also facilities for coffee, tea, etc. Good sized rooms, very comfortable beds. Great breakfast.

I liked everything, a convenient kitchen corner that can be closed with a curtain, it rained for two days, I watched TV in French with a clear conscience and worked out in the fitness room. And A coffee machine is freely available

My wife truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel des Princes. It all started with the checkin. We were greeted by Adrien who welcomed us graciously and attended to our every need. A classic Ibis hotel with straightforward access from the motorway. Clean room and bathroom. Bed of good quality, new furniture in the room.Check in and out processes was good and efficient. In summary, a good hotel for business purposes or for travelling to the ski resorts.

They're not winning any awards for design or hospitality here. The rooms are basic, but clean. Location is not exciting, but convenient with food and shopping options within walking distance. Staff are courteous and efficient. Bar area was actually nice and a big thumbs up for the accor members welcome drink! Would stay again if in the area.

I'm italian ☺️ The room is small but sufficient if you are staying only one night. The bathroom is very large and well equipped. There would be enough space for a bidet. 😅

The reason for the stay was we were breaking our train journey, and this hotel is right by the station. It's a little basic but functional, and the only real criticism would be that the shower was a bit feeble. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, and breakfast too, and both were good We'd stay again if the circumstances repeated

We booked this because of the convenient location by the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, storing our luggage until check in time. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the eggs at breakfast - they were made from powder I think. The rest of the breakfast was good.

Well what do you expect for €75 a night? Internet not working, room small and decorated like prison cells. Walls are paper thin and you hear noise from everywhere. Wasn’t bothered by train noise, location good and staff very pleasant. Would always go for the Mercure across the road
