From the review of others, I was quite worried that the shower of the bathroom would be separated from the rest part of the bathroom only by a curtain, not even reaching the floor, making the floods all over. I was also worried about the water temperature of the shower. Luckily, non of my worries happened, since we were assigned a room facing the street. The water pressure of the shower was low as other reviews mentioned, though. The location is really good, with complimentary drinks 24/7.
However, I still expected that this hotel would improve the bathroom design , thus I can feel relaxed to stay there again.🤣

The hotel is very central and is very unique.
The rooms are very spacious and we had a good view of the station.

Hotel is conveniently located near the train station! Everything was good! Thomas was very friendly too, and provided good service during our 2 nights stay!
Only down side was there is no fridge and kettle! But overall still good!

Room and bed were all a little smaller than expected and the bathroom was freezing, but the vibe of the hotel was amazing. After we finished with the christmas markets we just sat in the hotels dinning area and enjoyed complementary hot cider and snacks/treats until we were ready to turn in for the night.

The hotel may not be spacious, but it’s comfortable and well-maintained. It’s conveniently located near the train station, but it’s a bit further from the main tourist spots. However, the highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Thomas. He was very helpful and kind throughout my visit, making the stay even more better.

Cheerful and modern hotel close to train station. Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms and beds, and good breakfast. Sadly they do not have any storage room for bicycles, so you need to entrust your bikes to the public train station storage.

Excellent location right in front of the train station. Quiet, clean rooms. Very modern black , white and red decor. There is even a Pac-Man game machine and a foosball table in the reception area!
The young staff is professional and helpful. There is no electrical kettle in the room.

Strasbourg – Arok The hotel is located across from the train station and close to the center of town. Strasbourg is a great city with many interesting things to do – cathedral, museums, boat rides, Petite France section, etc. The staff is very personable and helpful and the breakfast is very good. We received a welcome drink and welcome message on our TV screen – nice touch. Highly recommended / the hotel was a great value. All the best to Anna (receptionist) with her graduate studies.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful, the Hotel was very clean and the location was perfect. Parking was an issue cause you have to park in a public parking around and pay 11 EUR per day and walk back to the hotel. Other than that, everything went very well. We did not try the hotel breakfast but there are good bakeries and cafes very close.
