We loved this hotel. From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted by friendly, helpful staff. Our room was lovely and we appreciated the complimentary water and the little treats left during turn down service. The hotel is a short walk from the pretty town centre and we loved the spa. Breakfast was great - plenty of choice and very high quality food, all served with a smile. We’ll definitely be back, thank you.

I wanted to share my opinion of this hotel, we stayed 2 nights and it was good. Things that i wish the hotel probably can improve is the beds, unfortunately it’s not comfortable at all, the other hand is we still can hear the vehicles, bird chirping and people talking outside of our room even the windows are closed and it’s not comfortable at all in the evening to sleep. Thank you

The hotel is superbly located in the city center, yet surrounded by nature. Very quiet, attentive staff, very spacious and clean rooms, and very comfortable bedding. We received many thoughtful touches, which were very pleasant. The spa is magnificent, with very high-quality equipment. Breakfast. On par with the establishment. A wide selection of fresh products.
Absolutely nothing negative to say... our stay was perfect! See you next time...

Very nice hotel! The overall design and atmosphere are great! I really like the setting of the lobby ~ modern and trendy ~ and Colma is also cute and retro! The room was very comfortable. The toiletries are all excellent Guerlain. The service is also very nice. Among them, my mother and I both felt that the shower was really super cool (I really want to know the brand 😂 I also had breakfast in a Michelin restaurant~ It would be better if it could be richer!

The hotel is located in a quiet area in the bustling city, next to the regional government, and a 3-minute walk to the old town center of Colmar. The hotel lobby has ample seating areas, a strong sense of artistic decoration, and good fragrance, sweet and comfortable. The room we booked is the Park View Executive Artist King Room, with a king size bed, sofa, living room, and wardrobe space. Mini bar coffee and tea bags are free, snacks and drinks are charged, and the price list is clearly marked.
The bathroom is relatively deep and has double basins, which is really rare in European hotels. Bathing toiletries including hand soap are from Clarins, and the hotel's spa SPA is also in cooperation with Clarins.
There are not many types of breakfast, but the taste is okay. After confirming the room number, the waiter will ask if you need tea or coffee and how you want the eggs to be cooked.
This location in the breakfast room is a two-star restaurant in the 2024 Michelin Guide at noon and in the evening. The menu is purely French, and there is no English menu. You can translate it with a mobile phone software. 6-course wine pairing 💶170-180, 10-course wine pairing 💶250. It took too much time to eat it, so we ordered 1 appetizer, 2 main courses, and 1 dessert, and added 30 service charge. I have to say that the quality of the two-star Michelin restaurant is really good, and the main dishes of lobster and steak are eye-catching.

Right in the heart of Colmar, the bedroom balcony faces the central park. The breakfast is richer than in foreign hotels, with many dishes such as waffles, fried vegetables, eggs, etc., which can be ordered on the spot. It is also very close to the main attractions. There is also a Michelin two-star restaurant on the first floor. If you have friends going there, I highly recommend it!

We don’t have time to enjoy the gym and swimming pool, but the environment are great too!!
