Exception service. The people at the reception were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great and the room very comfortable and clean. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, well located near the beach and the shops. Will visit again at first opportunity.

I had a good hope for this hotel but ending up very disappointed. Ordered 7 nights at short notice in high season, so therefor unfortunately limited hotels and rooms selections. We got a small, but quite nice room at the top, included a small balcony. But the elevators were very noisy and disturbing, and kept us awake the first nights. The breakfast was OK and originally included in the order confirmation from Hotel.com. But this was surprising not accepted from the receptionist since this was not a standard procedure having breakfast included. Hopeless to argue, since this was written in Norwegian. Ending up paying 84 Euros extra on top of the extra breakfastbill since we did not ordering breakfast up in front when we arrived?? I still not understand that. Anyway Helios Beach club is recommended with a nich beach, good sunbeds, lunchces and dinners, but for sake of good order, find another hotel.

We had a good stay here in October. The hotel is very well located in Juan Les Pins, close to the sea front and the night life.
The staff are very friendly and attentive. They were helpful with our queries. The room was very clean, and appropriately equipped. The facilities are as expected for this type of hotel, but some facilities are in need of maintenance. The beds were very comfortable.
The breakfast was as expected, with a typical selection of hot and cold food.
There is paid parking, but this was quite expensive at 20 euros per day.

Stayed at Helios one week for work.
The quality of the rooms, the cleaning and specially, their hospitality was incredible. They are like a family and I felt that. I highly recommend it and for sure next time I have to be in Antibes, that will be my reference hotel. Thank you.

A decent hotel in the heart of Juan-les-Pins. Cleanliness: 7/10. Very friendly personnel. Breakfast: average, needs improvement.

This is a three star hotel, so should be treated as such. Definitely not as clean as a four to five star hotel. Overall experience was good, staff was nice and helpful.

Lovely rooms with modern standard. Good breakfast. Fantastic Private beach (extra charge) only 100m from hotel and train station around the corner.
