We recently visited this hotel and loved it. The staff were very friendly (naturally) and nice.
We were with our dog and a dog bowl & a dog bed were provided by the hotel. We appreciate it. I‘m sure that we will come back again in the future!

While my overall experience was pleasant—the majority of the staff were courteous, and the spa facilities were exceptional—my final interaction with the front desk staff left a lasting negative impression.
On the day of my departure, I encountered an issue with, Mr. Sulliman. At 1242 as I came in from shopping and had obviously lost track of time. I approached the desk to check out and told him I'd like to shower quickly (~10 min) before coming back down. He suggested I use the spa area for my shower, to which I agreed. At no point during our exchange did he inform me of an additional $100 fee for this accommodation. Moreover, I was not provided with any receipt or documentation regarding this charge, which I only discovered after the fact. This lack of transparency feels deceptive, and the charge appears entirely unwarranted given that I was a paying guest simply preparing to vacate my room.
As I departed, I also noted the lack of basic courtesy from the staff, who neither greeted me nor offered assistance such as arranging transportation. This inattentiveness, coupled with the abruptness of my interaction with Mr. Sulliman, left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a guest. Especially after the amount of money I'd spent at the property over the weekend.
I am deeply disappointed that an otherwise enjoyable stay was marred by this experience.

Overall it was a great experience and everything was as expected based on reviews and photos. However I have to mention I had 100 euros stolen out of my bag from our room. 99% sure it was from the cleaning service obviously can’t be 100%. I brought this issue to management who told us they would look into it. We left and they never responded to our email. Just recommend you use the safe

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights on holiday and the hotel was amazing. The staff were very kind, welcoming and attentive and the hotel itself is beautiful. The interior is modern and white and it feels glamorous, with the hotel rooms following suit. We arrived 4 hours prior to check-in and were just going to ask if we could leave our carry-on behind the front desk whilst we we out to explore, however, were told our room was ready for us and we could check-in and that we were upgraded to an executive room!
The room was amazing, they provided complimentary water, coke, coke zero and snacks and the view from the juliet balcony was stunning. The location is perfect, walkable to the beach and old town and also right next to a small shopping mall. Would definitely return if we were to come back to Nice again.

The Boscolo Hotel in Nice is the best hotel we have stayed in. The hotel is in a perfect location. The staff are so friendly and helpful, always smiling. The hotel is so beautiful and it has a luxurious feel. We had dinner at Angelo restaurant within the hotel and on the rooftop terrace, which is the best rooftop bar with stunning views. The food and service were excellent. The hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special as we were in Nice to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. The room upgrade and breakfast in the hotel are totally worth it.

Perfect location, nice rooms. Outstanding service from the reception staff. Their breakfast is perfectly fine, but both the food and the service falls below what you'd expect at this price.

Fabulous friendly service (we have had some pretty rude service at other places in Nice). The rooftop bar Victoria Secret is relaxed atmosphere, beautiful views, good food and yummy champagne . It was so welcoming. Highly recommend it .

Such a chique hotel with great style. The rooms are so spacious but the tv is a bit dated. Staff are very friendly, accommodating, and keep everything clean. The location is superb as it's within reach of everything and we walked everywhere we wanted to.

Although the rooms and the plumbing could use some updating, as we had brown water for a bit the first night of our stay, the service was impeccable. Samantha at the front/ conceirge went above and beyond to ensure our stay was excellent. She helped coordinate tours, dinner reservations and gave us the scoop on what to see while in Nice. Plus, this hotel is located in a super walkable part of town, so we enjoyed that.

Samantha was absolutely amazing!! Cannot recommend staying here enough. The staff was extremely helpful via whats app for reservations and car transport as needed. The rooms were large and AC worked great. Only commentary is please add more lighting to the room! The bed area is very dark with limited light options. We highly recommend this hotel!!
