Location is very convenient and its just 10mins walk to Our Lady of Lourdes church.
Room is clean and room rate is just affordable.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, staff are so friendly and helpful, always smiling and welcoming. Rooms are clean and spacious. It’s so convenient to the Sanctuary. Breakfast is lovely!!! Already booked for next year!

Very good location to Lourdes Sanctuary. Room is spacious, good A/C, comfortable bed and badroom is good as well. The lication if my room is not comfortable as it is located at the passage area level where guest walk around and for this I cannot open my room curtain. Breakfast is ok on Monday but on Tuesday the sausage and scrambled egg were missing.

For devotees of our Lady of Lourdes, it is very convenient, one of the best in the area for the price.

Clean and very convenient to walk to the shrine. Receptionists are very helpful. On the whole we enjoyed the stay.

I love the place where the property situated easy access to Basilica of Lourdes, shopping, restaurants and transportations.

Wonderful attentive dining room team, bar team very helpful. The food being buffet style is always freshly cooked and there is something suitable for vegetarian diets.

The old hotel using metal key. Each of twin room guest has to wait/find another when one is around hotel.
Room noice proof is very very poor. We were woke up by foot steps above or corridor talking everyday at 4-5 am!
Breakfast is very poor choice n very limited. Staff told us it finished when we asked for top up the buffet.
Will be a problem if you have big luggage to move from where taxi allowed to stop (at about 30m away).
Not recommend for staying
