Nice hotel, right by the train station and by the entrance to the old city. Friendly staff, we arrived early and they prioritized cleaning our room first so we could check in. The aircon is nice in the heart, bit a bit weak, even at max, so the temperature at night was too hot.
We didn't have the breakfast, but it looked a bit unimpressive.

Perfect location, really kind staff. I dropped my wallet in the corridor going to my hotel room and they managed to find it and return it back to me everything intact. A nice and safe place to stay

I liked the hotel. The location is great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are good and practical. The hotel has a spa - massage and sauna for an extra charge, but the gym is free. My only remark is to consider offering more vegan options for breakfast. I could only eat the jams and some bread and had to ask for soya/oat milk every time. Otherwise, apart from that, I had a very pleasant stay. I would certainly consider staying again and hopefully by then, there will be more vegan options.

Breakfast was a bad experience not only was it overpriced there was no cutlery, there were no eggs, orange juice or even bread at 9:45 am. The staff were rude when asked about it. €28 for some prepaid coffee and pan au chocolate.

I recently stayed at Hôtel Campanile Montpellier Centre St Roch and it was an absolute delight. The customer service was exceptional - the staff were always friendly and accommodating, and went out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch. For a hotel in its price range, Hôtel Campanile Montpellier Centre St Roch is one of the best around!

A very tidy hotel located in the city center of montpellier, near all the touristic sites and attractions, even near the gare and tram stations.

All good, nice & quiet, well located … but I wonder how long until this door in the breakfast room gets damaged, it wakes you up better than coffee when you sit next to it (like a hammer to the head 😉 from the morning )

Disgusting hotel direction which thinks of making money only but is not really taking care about their guests. They shouldn’t do a hotel business when they don’t even know how to handle hotel guests. They require 50€ per day what they want to reserve on your credit card just in case you might use something of their „services“. That’s simply rude and implies that the hotel sees every guest as potential thief and NOT as a guest. Calm down, you’re a simple 3 star hotel, nothing more!!! I’ve slept in so many hotels worldwide and this is the peak of rudeness. So don’t tell me that’s normal to do that.
Besides, it would be interesting to know how much the staff earns, I’m pretty sure it’s a staff exploiting company. I’ll never book there again and my recommendation is to boycot this hotel at least until they change their regulations.
