I only stayed one night. The room was fairly clean and no carpet ( I prefer). Looks like just got remodeled. It’s very close to the main shopping and restaurant areas. The reception was also good. For the time I stayed, I don’t have big noise problem. Very few times I heard people shutting the door or walking. But I found many hotels have this problem. The best I like is the free WiFi with good speed.

Overall a good stay with friendly service and a fine room. The biggest downside was the huge, modern TV that turned out to be almost useless since it doesn’t allow Netflix or streaming. Adding a simple cast/USB stick would make a huge difference and really add value. Other than that, everything was fine and comfortable.

After my first night the cleaning staff had left a dirty cleaning towel on the bathroom sink and the cups in the room had lipstick stains, which was not acceptable. The location of the hotel is great, near the train station and city center but the hotel needs to improve the cleanliness.

Excellent location and service. From the minute I arrived till when I left the staff was attentive, helpful. The property is clean and a proximity of the beautiful place de la comedie.

The restaurant /Bar is top notch. The food is well presented, delicious. A symphony at every bite.

Unprofessional, no patience, rude impolite individuals working in a well established brand hotel. Being a member of Accor group or booking through bookings.com that’s not how you treat your customers if there is an issue with check in or check out due to there own communication breakdown between staff when changing work shift which is not our problem. It’s such a shame, lovely new updated hotel but so disgusting and disrespectful attitude and hand gestures when there was nothing wrong but they made it a big deal and lost a loyal customer. I will be taking this matter further with the management team, because I feel me and my partner was treated unfair and we did our best to communicate our concerns but unfortunately Hadrian, Sitti and Malo was on a completely different planet. I don’t know if it’s a management issue there, but the negativity and the big ego attitude from them three was just not needed so I hope this feedback and our email to the management will get acknowledged so they can work as a team to improve the overall customer service and make things right so it doesn’t happen to anyone else which will ruin the whole day and planned trip.

The location of this hotel is great and the staff very accomodating. However, our room was very hot and although the staff turned off the heat to oyr room, it as still quite warm. We were advised that air conditioning was not available until the following week.

Room is well-maintained. Clean and comfortable beds. Area around hotel very quiet. Quick walk to shopping center through which you can access lively old town area. Be aware of nearby tram noise if you are light sleeper. Parking available under hotel.
