I am writing to highly recommend Triana Cotelo for their exceptional service as a guest relations personnel at the NH Collection Hotel in France/Marseille. Although my interactions with Triana were entirely online, I was thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the assistance I received.

Have you ever stayed in a hotel where everything *seems* like it should be perfect, but isn’t quite? This is one of those.
The reception staff are welcoming, the hotel is modern and clean, and the bed is comfy. However some very simple things let the hotel down:
1. I had lunch in their restaurant where the staff were mostly very junior and overwhelmed. They seemed to spend their time arguing amongst themselves, and then started to hoover around my feet as I was still eating.
2. In the lobby, there is a nice bar, but which is rarely staffed.
3. On the first night, a key to my room was given to another guest, who entered the room at around 11pm. The guest services staff were apologetic and offered me a free breakfast as compensation. Sadly on arriving at breakfast the next morning, nobody was aware and so I was told breakfast wasn’t available (after some discussion, I was allowed in).
With some small improvements and staff training this could be a great hotel.

I recently stayed at NH Collection Marseille, and it was an unforgettable experience. Although I didn’t meet the manager Triana upon check in, her influence was clear throughout my stay 🥰
Upon arrival, I was delighted to find personalized gifts in my room, a thoughtful touch that made me feel incredibly welcome. The hotel’s beautifully appointed rooms, modern amenities, and prime location are exceptional, but it’s the warm and attentive service that truly stands out.
Thanks to Triana 🙏 and the entire team, my stay was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend NH Collection Marseille to anyone visiting the city and look forward to returning for another exceptional experience.

Clear and fairly large rooms with a good amount of space for working. Good service and location. Can't complain. I'd give it 5 stars but the price was still fairly high and there was some general wear and tear visible in the room.

Everything was in excellent, recently renovated condition. Room was spacious. Cleaning staff were helpful and friendly. Front desk staff was friendly. Location is very central and walkable. Shower had excellent pressure and bathroom was up to U.S. comfort and privacy standards. TV service was very good.

A pretty good hotel for a very short stay in Marseille. The rooms were reasonably good, there were some issues here and there in terms of maintenance, e.g. some of the panels had deep scratches. The view from the room was bad but we were allowed a 1h early check in and 1h late check out which was great! The staff was very welcoming to us, too. The location is pretty convenient to go to the train station and there is subway nearby, too

Too expensive, and especially the breakfast is clearly overpriced. Very warm room (air con not enabled below 23 degrees Celsius). Good WiFi, clean room and very friendly staff.

Compared to Paris and Lyon, the breakfast in Marseille is richer. Hotel NH Collection is a hotel with good service and very friendly staff. When I was in a hurry and didn't have time for lunch, the staff (Linda) prepared free bread for me, which was really touching. In addition, the location here is close to the Old Port of Marseille. It is conveniently located and there are many delicious foods nearby.

Magnificent hotel of the Collection line from NH Hotels. Beautifully decorated ample spaces and tons of light. Rooms are tasteful and spacious with many decor details. Comfortable bed and everything in good working order. I particularly liked the lighting in the bathroom providing a warm atmosphere.
Staff has been top notch all around, from the front desk to room service to the breakfast room which by the way offers a good sort of produce and you get to ask for some a-la-carte plates for no extra fee. I appreciate that they have cared about providing good coffee with a Jura machine which delivers espresso as it should.
The hotel doesn’t have own parking spaces so I recommend the Massabo Parking over other options.

Very solid hotel, rooms well sized, good modern decor, clean, all basic services covered well. Walking distance from the old port in Marseille so very well located. Dog friendly which was good for us. Good value and good experience, nothing to write home about but would recommend.
