Close to the hotel you’ll find the must-see attractions such as the picturesque old port, the city’s old town and the famous MUCEM museum. If you would like to go shopping, Rue de la République, with its Haussmann-style buildings, is one of the city’s best shopping streets. Alternatively, you can head to one of the nearby shopping centes: "Lles Terrasses du Port" or "Docks Village". The neighborhood is also well connected to both the city and the airport, with a number of transport options including motorways, trains and local metro and tram lines available.
The NH Collection Marseille provides 176 rooms decorated to reflect the elegant and charming style of the hotel. Each room has seating areas, free high-speed Wifi and wide-screen TVs. Guests can enjoy delicious choices from the breakfast buffet including hot and cold meals, local delicacies and fresh juices, coffee and tea. The hotel's restaurant offers excellent local and international dishes and a selection of the best cheeses and wines. If you’re visiting for business, there are four fully-equipped meeting rooms plus space in the lobby and winter gardens for more informal meetings.

The space is enoufh for two of us!
Beds are comfortable!
However, the lobby is a bit too smelly! It is a mix of smell of perfume and toilets, which make me feel disgusting! Other than that, everything is fine!
From the very first contact, Triana demonstrated a high level of professionalism and warmth. They promptly responded to my inquiries and provided detailed information that greatly enhanced my experience. Whether it was helping with reservations, offering insightful recommendations, or addressing any concerns I had, Triana handled everything with remarkable efficiency and care.

The reception staff are welcoming, the hotel is modern and clean, and the bed is comfy. However some very simple things let the hotel down:
1. I had lunch in their restaurant where the staff were mostly very junior and overwhelmed. They seemed to spend their time arguing amongst themselves, and then started to hoover around my feet as I was still eating.
2. In the lobby, there is a nice bar, but which is rarely staffed.
3. On the first night, a key to my room was given to another guest, who entered the room at around 11pm. The guest services staff were apologetic and offered me a free breakfast as compensation. Sadly on arriving at breakfast the next morning, nobody was aware and so I was told breakfast wasn’t available (after some discussion, I was allowed in).
With some small improvements and staff training this could be a great hotel.
Upon arrival, I was delighted to find personalized gifts in my room, a thoughtful touch that made me feel incredibly welcome. The hotel’s beautifully appointed rooms, modern amenities, and prime location are exceptional, but it’s the warm and attentive service that truly stands out.
Thanks to Triana 🙏 and the entire team, my stay was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend NH Collection Marseille to anyone visiting the city and look forward to returning for another exceptional experience.
