FH Confort Hotel Orléans Co'met

The PRM room has 4 beds (1 double bed and 2 twin beds). This makes it difficult to move around in a wheelchair. The hotel has 2 PMR rooms. In one bedroom the double bed is difficult to access. In the other, access to beds is impossible. We therefore opted for the first. Second problem: the height of the bed makes the chair-to-bed transfer very difficult. But the staff found us a thinner mattress but for a single bed. Last problem: no television for the single bed. The remote control has disappeared... Other details: no air conditioning in the bedrooms, a small ledge between the bedroom and the bathroom on which the armchair bumps, the view of the backyard from the kitchen is not very nice, ... in short for the price we could have expected better. But the staff is very friendly and dedicated even if they cannot redo the infrastructure... The hotel has closed parking, a restaurant at a very affordable price and the breakfast is varied with fresh products (no unnecessary packaging). The bathroom is correctly equipped: rimless shower, PMR sink, raised toilet but the grab bar is too far from both the shower and the toilet to be used.
