Very appreciated stay at the hostel.
The location is great, allowing a smooth holiday in Rouen.
The minuses would be the sound-insulation (could hear our room-neighbours) as well as the size of some rooms

We just stayed at this hotel. We were happy with things until we found a cockroach in the bedroom. When I told the front desk about the cockroach the woman asked to see the photo we had made and then apparently sent that photo on to someone else. To make up for it we were comp’ed one (very bad and over priced ) breakfast. Rather disappointing service in the end. Domage…

Stayed here for three nights during a recent visit of Rouen. The hotel is very centrally located, right next to the train station. The rooms are modern and of moderate size but with a lot of charm and a cosy, homely and warm interior decoration that has a personal touch. The check-in and check-out were smooth and they have a nice restaurant and bar area downstairs. The only small down-side is that the shower was quite hard to calibrate in terms of getting the right temperature. I can definitely recommend this place.

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated their willingness to communicate in English. Our room was terrific - plenty spacious with a large (i.e. King size), comfortable bed and a great view of the train station across the street. The breakfast was delicious - buffet style with a great selection of croissants, cheeses, deli meats, and even warm options such as eggs.
I also appreciated how easy the parking situation was - you can park in the train station parking lot (entrance located to the right of the train station front) for just 10 euros a day.

They had us at hello! Friendly, welcoming and warm. Everyone!! The reception area efficient and clean was a preview of our room on the 4th floor. The tiny elevator not a problem for us. The bathroom, bedding, coffee, refrigerator, view of the train station plus close to the city sights and restaurants made this such a wonderful choice. Breakfast was delicious with two options available, full buffet or basic. We chose the second and it was more than sufficient. With more time we would have indulged in the first as the menu items seemed delicious.

Well located directly by the train station, good for 1 night stay, friendly english speaking staff

Very friendly staff. Rooms are nice sized. They only have 1 small elevator that fits one person with baggage at a time. I would stay again. Parking is available at the train station across the street.
