Kyriad Prestige Saint-Malo Hotel in St. Malo

Honestly, we were SO impressed with EVERY aspect of this hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff, excellent rooms, wonderful steam room, the cleanest rooms, tons of parking, excellent location, free coffee and cookies, food available24 hrs a day... we would stay here in a heartbeat again. Wonderful.

If you have transport then it's only a 10min drive into St malo Town centre so the location suited me perfectly....
The pool,sauna and steam room were absolutely immaculate ,friendly staff especially reception and bilingual, rooms a tad on the small side but only just.....
Breakfast was good and with a huge selection....
As a low earner I'm looking for as good as I can get for the best price and personally this hotel really feels like bang for ya buck....
9 outta 10 for me....
Oh and best local beaches are just a 10-20min drive outta town

Very impressed with this hotel. The location is great being close to the road and easy access either in or out of St Malo. The facilities are really great with a large pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and shower facilities. There is a small fitness area and luggage storage room and complementary hot drinks. The dining area is very very clean and there are snacks served via the small bar which has 3 draught beers and a good stock of spirits. The breakfast choices are great with continental and hot food to cater for most tastes. The rooms are well appointed and modern. The bed was very comfortable with good quality linen and was very clean. There are two lifts so access is good for both floors. The hotel has great parking facilities with disabled options and easy access to the hotel. The strength of this hotel is the staff. Everyone we encountered was very helpful and friendly especially the following ladies who were very knowledgeable and help us with our questions and advice. Aela, Oceian, Laetitia and Cidra (apologies for the spelling). Whether you are staying one night or more I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thank you for making our holiday so great.

There was a slight problem in a room and I was kindly given another room.

Environment: Saint-Malo is not big and it is very convenient to drive anywhere

Facilities: Toiletries and slippers are not provided, remember to bring your own

Service: Very patient to tell you the use and time of hotel facilities one by one. If you don’t understand, they will also demonstrate

Due to time constraints, I was unable to experience the Turkish bath
