Never stay here, terrible location, unsafe, as no key code to lift / stairs which are external, so anyone can get to your room. Felt very unsafe. Windows open onto communal walkway, so no privacy at all and if you open them (no a/c at the hotel) an intruder could easily enter through the waist high window. Location so far out of town with poor public transport links in a remote location in huge empty car parks and industrial estate surrounded by social housing. Not recommended!! Prisoner Cell Block H!!

Shocking hotel. Dreadful customer service. No one there on arrival, had to check in automatically but machine broken and when it did work it wouldn’t recognise I had booked multiple rooms. Rang helpline to be rudely told I’d have to wait for someone to arrive in 3 hours. Rooms dated, dark and dingy. Shocking. Booked IBis for other leg of journey and received a much better experience for same price.

Rooms are tiny and both smelled something horrible. A blend of bad body odour and unflushed toilet. On the up side, the price was cheap and the breakfast was good. Early start and the breakfast was available ahead of schedule.

We were disappointed with the B&B st Malo self check in system. We booked 3 rooms but we could only get one room with the reference id. We had to call the b&b assistance using their outdated communication phone where the audio volume was simply too low to communicate and understand. After many repetitive questions and answers, The assistant then gave us two more names to be associated with our reference id to finally check in the remaining rooms. It took us more than 45min to sort it out. Other customers before and after us experienced the similar concerns and were shaking their heads with negative options too. Not satisfied with the hotel.

Stayed for 1 night and no complaints. 2* with no frills. We stayed in a 4 person room with a mezzanine. Bath was clean and beds were comfy. Didn't meet any staff due to late self check in and early check out

Awful place which despite technical error on website.causinf booking error, this place refused to allow even a partial refund even with plenty of notice over a month.

Good, clean place with easy access to a shopping centre. Check in was simple and the man on the front desk was extremely helpful
A short drive to all the attractions we wanted to visit and a great breakfast served in the morning.
Un endroit agréable et propre, avec un accès facile à un centre commercial. L'enregistrement a été simple et le réceptionniste était extrêmement serviable.
À quelques minutes en voiture de toutes les attractions que nous souhaitions visiter, et un excellent petit-déjeuner servi le matin.

This is a basic hotel which we used overnight to catch the ferry home the following morning.
Booked the hotel online. Upon arrival we put in our booking reference number into the machine which gave us our room number and code for the main door.
Reception isn't open often so you need to be prepared to use the automated machine for your codes.
It's located in a run down area but there is plenty of parking. The supermarket opposite Intermarche is open but we thought it was closed due to it looking derelict.
The hotel is next to a busy road so expect lots of noise from passing traffic.
Didn't speak to any staff apart from cleaners on the long balconies who all said hello.
Room was warm but we opened the window. The window lock for keeping the window ajar was broken off.
Room has a comfy king size bed, bathroom was good with a nice big shower. TV showing all channels. BBC news on channel 53.
Ok for an overnight stop over, considering what we paid £30 each.
Would we stop again....possibly.

Greeted by a machine to check in. Far from what we might call the City Centre, although I was informed that it was, just not the 'Old Town' If travelling by feet from the train station it's a very long walk. When reception opened after I'd recovered from the walk the receptionist directed me to the wrong bus stop to get into the Old town. It's located on the edge of a shopping centre (see photo) The room and bathroom were clean and OK facility wise.
