Quite simply one of our best hotel stays. We had 2 rooms, one with twin beds for our twenty something sons and the suite with the balcony for my wife and me. Staff was tremendously helpful. Rooms clean and the beds were unbelieavably comfortable.

This was our 20th visit to Mas des Carassins. That says it all!
We go back year after year because of the staff, the setting, the food - dinners in the garden of the hotel are wonderful - and most of all, because this is a place where you can relax, do nothing or do a lot. The number of great tourist attractions within an hour (or less) of St. Remy are numerous. So if sightseeing is your thing, go for that. If leisurely breakfasts - a lovely warm and cold buffet - are your thing, go for that. If lounging by the pool, or sitting in the shade reading is your thing, go for that. Just go!

Absolutely loved this hotel. Every aspect was as good or better than the website shows. The staff create a warm, family-like atmosphere where a lot of the guests seemed like regular visitors, often knew one another and were happy to smile and chat. My wife is vegetarian and the chef created a wonderful menu for her on every one of the 7 nights we stayed, even changing the amuse bouche if it contained any meat or fish. We felt welcomed and valued.

Wonderful hotel, quiet, lovely gardens. Our room was great, bathroom with two basins, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, very fresh ingredients. We ate dinner twice in the hotel and it was delicious. It was a fixed menu which changed each day.
It's around 15-20 minute to walk into St Remy. The parking is secure (gate for both parking and the entrance is locked in the evening, you're given a code for access). We stayed for 4 nights and would definitely stay again.

Amazing hotel. Loved every aspect of it. The rooms are big. Rainfall shower head. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff. They have 2 large pools. The grounds have lots of areas to sit and lounge. And the restaurant is absolutely amazing. I ate there all 3 nights I stayed here. Best meal in southern France. Met a couple (Roxanne and Jeremy) who have been coming here 13 years! And got to meet the one owner Pierre. I highly recommend you stay here.
