This is an amazing hotel!! The rooms we had were a bit cheaper, so quite basic. However, for us it was enough :). They also had a pool and a nice balcony with an amazing view!! The service was great and the location was very ideal too. It is right across the station, close to the sanctuary, but in a quiet area ensuring you get adequate rest. So, I would totally recommend this hotel :)

a very warm welcome in this establishment, very well located near the station, bus stop at the corner of the street to go to the cave. The hotel has been renovated and the rooms are soundproofed, all equipped with double glazing. The breakfast is frugal, made with natural products. The owner-operators were so nice, gave me valuable inputs on how to explore Lourdes and about the Torchlight Procession, and prepared a yummy breakfast. The room was cozy with modern amenities with fast wifi. The hotel was only a short walk away from the train station and the sanctuary.

Great place for the price! The rooms were clean. Wifi is available. It was close walking distance from the Lourdes Grotto. The staff was pleasant and helpful though they did not speak much English.

Perfect hotel to stay in Lourdes. It is really close to the most important things to see in Lourdes. The personnel was friendly and the breakfast was ok too. It is cheap, so for that price you can't expect super luxury hotel of course :) we were really happy with our choice and I recommend this hotel.

Had a filling dinner here with vegetable soup, some bread, salad, and a delicious lasagna -- the specialty of the house. I don't like lasagna but this was one of the best I've had. Capped it with a dessert of chocolate mousse. Everything cost EUR 20 including tip.

Been visiting here many years. Restaurant is air-conditioned which in this heat (37°!) is very welcome. Food always good, the cassoulet is particularly good. It's a lovely family run place and deserves your custom.

So very close to the Grotte yet very quiet and calm. When you enter the lobby you are greeted by a smiling person at the counter. Checking in was quick and easy. You have a good room and we chose a room with a great view of the entrance to the sanctuary. You can also choose from one or all of your meals served in the hotel restaurant. It’s simple but very good.

Perfect location to casually stroll to the sanctuary. We were greeted with a smile and everyone at the hotel were friendly. We decided to eat at the hotel with a demi- pension. The food was nice and they allowed us to bring our small French Bulldog as long as he was behaved. We plan to stay there again soon.

Location would not be ideal for anyone pushing a wheelchair. Rooms were quite basic, air con was not working though there was a fan in the room. Room was not cleaned throughout our 3 night stay and we did have to ask for clean towels. It was a nice quiet location and the staff were very friendly. The dining area was nice and a lovely pool area.

To be honest, I really loved this hotel. At first glance, it looked a bit shady, but it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The room I was assigned had a window view of the Shrine of Our Lady—which was truly special. At night, I could even hear the gentle chants of “Ave, Ave, Ave Maria” drifting through the air. Perfect hotel, very good food... The only downside is the lady in charge or the owner, I don't know... if you arrive for one night, you're not entitled to a parking space... For one night, she told us, you can't occupy a parking space!!! Remarks bordering on discriminatory towards guests who can only book one night's accommodation. Great location and price. 30 euro for a single per night is a bargain. I had forgotten my phone's charger but the manager let me borrow his until I checked out. Hotel location is central for the Town and is responsibly modern, bedrooms are adequate but I would like to see tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom along with a mini fridge. Breakfast there is no hot food available which many holiday makers from outside of Europe wish to have in the morning and when I asked for an Omelette I was told there would be a charge, hugely disappointing.

Visited as a group of 6 from Ireland during the month of May, using the hotel as a based for cycling the Tour de France stages in the Pyrenees.
