Convenient location and comfortable room. We were able to check in at 1am late at night, the night manager was very nice and accommodating. The room had everything we needed for a good night rest including A/C and a comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay.

Good hotel The receptionist was awesome, he gave us useful information, was polite and friendly. The hotel is very simple but worked for our needs. Good breakfast, for a fee.

All was perfect !! Last minute booking, late arrival. But team was extremely welcoming and helpful. Room 100% , large, fully equiped. Large dining room. Price very reasonnable, ideal fir family. I will come back. Definitely. All perfect.

Big room, clean and has all the facilities you could want. Very friendly personel!. The beds are big and vey nice! Airco could be a bit stronger for such a big room. Parking is great, its on the privat property of the hotel, and locked at night. Area has several restaurants (regular and fast food). Breakfast is great! This is definitly a "stay here again" hotel!

Located close to the motorway a few km from the city center provides standard motel facilities. The breakfast was good and the personnel friendly and helpful. Reasonable price. Nothing special but good for an overnight break of the voyage.

Its a hotel for those staying a short night on a long trip. Room is big enough and bed confortable. Everything clean. Free parking and good wifi. So for the price is good. Biggest reason I give four star and not five is because the wall is not thick enough, I can distinctly hear what the neighbors rooms are saying.

Either it's not the Ritz but prefabricated rooms with walls as thick as cigarette papers or you can hear the neighboring rooms... the restaurant served a decent flank steak although without much flavor (rather limited choice of dishes)

On arrival, hotel looked rather run down, with peeling door, etc. However, once in room, clean and acceptable. Shower good, bed comfortable. Highlight was at reception, young guy made us so welcome and served us drinks happily. Then ate in evening..well, excellent food and plenty of it - wonderful lobster sauce on my fish. Not expensive. Good value and glad we stayed.

It's all you expect from a campanile hotel. Limited menu but cooked well. Disappointing wines for this area.

Room was clean and nice overall. A little update for the interior would be good but it’s still a good experience. Breakfast buffé wasn’t huge in selection but it was still good. Only negative thing about the breakfast was coffee. I think it just wasn’t good enough quality.

We stayed in the new addition and it was clean, comfortable and quiet. Valence is a great walking city with lots of close restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Good parking out the back. However the lift was out of order on our check out and we had to carry everything downstairs. No notification or apologies on check out.

This is a very nice hotel in the heart of Colmar. The continental breakfast rocks.

Easy to reserve with flexible. Check in was fast and easy, with no waiting. The rooms are large with comfortably sized bathrooms. The bed was super comfortable. Great hotel, well located and clean with a nice pool as a bonus. I'm very happy that the hotel kept their great breakfast offer and didn't follow the downward offer from most of the other hotels in the ACCOR Group. It would be nice during summer to have a pool bar or a possibility of ordering drinks easily without having to dress up and go back inside to the bar.

Great hotel in Valence! We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was nice and clean. The hotel itself looks amazing with a fantastic restaurant that has a view on a small creek with a lot of wildlife to be seen. The staff here is kind and very polite. We had a blast! Definitely recommend!

Nice, clean hotel, friendly staff, good restaurant. Dog-friendly. The larger rooms (two rooms opened up into one) have only one toilet. There is no pathway from the hotel to anywhere, so one must walk next to the main road. The back garden could be connected to a park, but it is not.

Great experience, from check-in which was quick as the check-out and afterwards (as I forgot my personal pillow in the room). The room was spacy, and the breakfast was very complete. Great service and friendly atmosphere. The staff were kind, welcoming throughout my stay. While the rooms are a bit small, they were clean and comfortable. The hotel is located about 10 minutes by car from the center of. I would recommend it for a business trip.

This hotel is a weird combination of updated grace and neglected obsolescence. The interiors have been updated but the structure is obsolete (one elevator for over 100 rooms on three floors, and that elevator at one extreme end of the hallway). REALLY LOVELY HOTEL The hotel is an easy 10 minute drive to the centre of Valence - there is free car parking at the hotel - the staff are lovely - there are 2 dining options - both very good - a really comfortable place to stay.

Good hotel if you’re travelling south . Close to the highway. Only 5 minutes so perfect. Secure parking space, check in was friendly. Rooms were good for the price ( just a little to small you cannot open you’re luggage only on the bed) but it’s clean and quit to sleep so very good when you’re on the road to somewhere.

The staff were amazing, and the hotel was nice, I would stay here again, but I would say I wouldn’t class it as a 4* hotel. The staff however went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be

Stayed here a while ago, not exactly in the city center so it’s quieter. Short walk though. Parking in the back is very convenient but don’t bring a large vehicle. People were great & rooms were clean. Would definitely stay here again when I’m lucky enough to return to Valence.

The room is not sufficiently lit: 2 lampshades. Impossible to read a book in good conditions. The partitions do not block sound. Better not to have noisy neighbors

Clean, modern, private. Check in was easy. There is a private parking at the hotel. Breakfast was optional (16€ per person). Everything in the room works perfectly. There were two complimentary water bottle in the fridge, one sparkling and one still. Induction kitchen was also included in the room along with plate and cutleries. Bed was super comfy, there were also extra pillow in the room if needed...

Excellent location and restaurant very comfortable stay. For not being able to speak French very well the staff was understanding and accommodating. Highly recommend! I did not rate the parking - I traveled by train and taxi so I did not utilize parking but I’m sure it is well.

We unexpectedly stayed here last year in summer, while going on a trip to Spain. We had a very pleasant stay. The privilege rooms next to the swimming pool are amazing! The swimming pool is amazing, the atmosphere was very good and the staff is nice and helpful. The next morning we had breakfast which was very extensive and neat. We will definitely come again some day.

We use this hotel often as a resting point when traveling onwards to the south and although our stays are usually short, they are always pleasant and making me want to come back for a longer stay! Bad temperatur conditions in the room

Very modern room and bathroom, and everything was in an excelent condition. Cute extra seats, a couple of (solid) logs, polished and painted. Nice touch.
