Valence, 2, rue De Chantecouriol 🧭 Map
This hotel is a weird combination of updated grace and neglected obsolescence. The interiors have been updated but the structure is obsolete (one elevator for over 100 rooms on three floors, and that elevator at one extreme end of the hallway). "Scent" pumped into the air of the hallways (NO public accommodation should have ANY scent added; even ignoring that some people have allergies, no scent is...
REALLY LOVELY HOTEL The hotel is an easy 10 minute drive to the centre of Valence - there is free car parking at the hotel - the staff are lovely - there are 2 dining options - both very good - a really comfortable place to stay.
Good hotel if you’re travelling south . Close to the highway. Only 5 minutes so perfect. Secure parking space, check in was friendly. Rooms were good for the price ( just a little to small you cannot open you’re luggage only on the bed) but it’s clean and quit to sleep so very good when you’re on the road to somewhere.
It’s okay, small room, large lobby, you can’t set up air condition and it’s warm air is blowing instead nice cool breeze. Good parking, shops and restaurant near hotel
Nice hotel for an overnight stop The hotel interior is new and very cool. Breakfast is in a small pretty courtyard. Lots of parking. Great reception area.
GREAT place to stay en route very clean modern frisky and with a baby we were very happy Evening entertainment was excellent and pool was deep and clean - we loved it Highly recommend this as a pit stop Area around is not great as it’s off the krotorwah bur very very practical for driving across France

We stop in the hotel year after year. Closed off parking. Location is ideal close to the park Jouvet and the little town square. All within 5’ walking distance.
I was looking for somewhere to stay on my drive south. Excellent hotel located just off the autoroute in a lovely town with restaurants near by. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Hotel provides secure parking. Book your reservation on their website.
I am very grateful to the housekeeping staff who serviced my room after my departure, and noted the Front Desk staff that I had left my jacket. The Front Office staff notified me, MailBoxes arranged for its delivery to my home, and I thank everyone for the excellent service. Very happy to have my jacket back. Everything about our stay was excellent.
A lovely hotel, fairly priced and well located. Valence was a fabulous town. Highly recommend.
Perfect rooms, great service by multi-language staff and secure parking lot. We always use Hotel de France Valence on our travel to Spain and we are never disappointed.
Staff accueillant. Perfect location. Clean, elegant, comfortable room. Nothing to complain about just that it could be even better if indoor slippers were provided :) Tried to get ones at reception but sadly they seemed to have run out of the supply.
Lovely fountain close by

Excellent location and restaurant very comfortable stay. For not being able to speak French very well the staff was understanding and accommodating. Highly recommend! I did not rate the parking - I traveled by train and taxi so I did not utilize parking but I’m sure it is well.
We unexpectedly stayed here last year in summer, while going on a trip to Spain. We had a very pleasant stay. The privilege rooms next to the swimming pool are amazing! The swimming pool is amazing, the atmosphere was very good and the staff is nice and helpful. The next morning we had breakfast which was very extensive and neat. We will definitely come again some day.
Good location. Free parking. Good restaurant/ dinner and breakfast. Nice room. Very friendly staff.
We use this hotel often as a resting point when traveling onwards to the south and although our stays are usually short, they are always pleasant and making me want to come back for a longer stay! The hotel is ideally situated next to the Route du Soleil with easy access, but far enough to be very calm and with calming green surroundings. The rooms are thoughtfully designed and we usually take one...
Bad temperatur conditions in the room
Very modern room and bathroom, and everything was in an excelent condition. Cute extra seats, a couple of (solid) logs, polished and painted. Nice touch.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The staff were very pleasant, and the entire place has a beautiful English-style aesthetic, with fresh flowers and good soundproofing. On the downside, we were given a very dark room with a tiny window — it felt almost like a dungeon.. The room could really use more lighting or a chandelier, as the darkness made it a bit uncomfortable and gave a slight feeling...
A very calm and relaxing stay. Staff were superb.
Because the train was canceled, just I decided to stay in this hotel, just across the train station, very quiet, the environment is very good, clean and comfortable, the room door is still using the old-fashioned key but the gate with access control, the overall is quite safe!
We stayed one night at Hotel Victoria on our way from Beaune to Avignon, and it was the perfect stopover. The hotel is well appointed, very clean, and thoughtfully maintained. Our room was a very good size for a city/europe— comfortable and quiet — and the breakfast was delicious with a nice variety. A great find in Valence, and we’d happily stay here again!
A quiet well appointed hotel conveniently located next to the train and bus stations. Very helpful staff too.
**An Exceptional Stay at Hotel Victoria - A True Gem in Valence City** I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Victoria in Valence City, and it was an experience beyond my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service that made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is a true gem, combining classic charm with modern comforts. The rooms...

Easy to reserve with flexible. Check in was fast and easy, with no waiting. The rooms are large with comfortably sized bathrooms. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast selections were amazing and high quality. The terrace overlooks a nice wooded area and a stream. I thought it refreshingly honest when the reception agent informed us (during checkin) the outside pool in not heated. Thank you...
Great hotel, well located and clean with a nice pool as a bonus. I'm very happy that the hotel kept their great breakfast offer and didn't follow the downward offer from most of the other hotels in the ACCOR Group. It would be nice during summer to have a pool bar or a possibility of ordering drinks easily without having to dress up and go back inside to the bar.
Great hotel in Valence! We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was nice and clean. The hotel itself looks amazing with a fantastic restaurant that has a view on a small creek with a lot of wildlife to be seen. The staff here is kind and very polite. We had a blast! Definitely recommend!
Nice and solid hotel for a stopover on our roadtrip. Quiet rooms, good restaurant and breakfast. Car chargers onsite,
Nice, clean hotel, friendly staff, good restaurant. Dog-friendly. The larger rooms (two rooms opened up into one) have only one toilet. There is no pathway from the hotel to anywhere, so one must walk next to the main road. The back garden could be connected to a park, but it is not.
Great experience, from check-in which was quick as the check-out and afterwards (as I forgot my personal pillow in the room). The room was spacy, and the breakfast was very complete. One fundamental matter was the Tesla Superchargers, which was crucial in my hotel choice. The service afterwards was amazing too. They sent me an e-mail with a photo of my pillow, and I could plan a date for pick-up. As...

The staff were amazing, and the hotel was nice, I would stay here again, but I would say I wouldn’t class it as a 4* hotel. The staff however went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be
Stayed here a while ago, not exactly in the city center so it’s quieter. Short walk though. Parking in the back is very convenient but don’t bring a large vehicle. People were great & rooms were clean. Would definitely stay here again when I’m lucky enough to return to Valence.
The room is not sufficiently lit: 2 lampshades. Impossible to read a book in good conditions. The partitions do not block sound. Better not to have noisy neighbors
The room is really great, but the internet speed is very poor, which affects my work.
Really friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk. Free, but limited parking space, gated. Big, comfortable rooms, some with balcony. Fully equipped kitchenette, safe, nice and clean bathroom. Good location, 5 minute walk from city center.
Clean, modern, private. Check in was easy. There is a private parking at the hotel. Breakfast was optional (16€ per person). Everything in the room works perfectly. There were two complimentary water bottle in the fridge, one sparkling and one still. Induction kitchen was also included in the room along with plate and cutleries. Bed was super comfy, there were also extra pillow in the room if needed...

Chef Anne-Sophie Pic's story is well known and admirable. The food is beautifully presented, flavours have lots of finesse and the service is superb. Definitely a Michelin-starred experience.
Fantastic breakfast. Bed comfortable.
You might not understand but for me it was a little like heaven everything was awesome I had no reason to leave and it was the best night of my entire life thanks to one beautiful stranger I'd recommend this place a million times
Lovely restaurant and very charming hotel. To say about this place is useless, you have to come and try.
The hotel is wonderfully decorated and maintained. Complements the amazing culinary experience at the gastronomy dining. Ann-Sophie Pic is a new favorite.
The hotel is a restaurant with a three star melenovsky a restaurant with a female chef. A very interesting form of food and nice presentation.
