Nice, clean hotel, friendly staff, good restaurant. Dog-friendly.
The larger rooms (two rooms opened up into one) have only one toilet.
There is no pathway from the hotel to anywhere, so one must walk next to the main road. The back garden could be connected to a park, but it is not.

Great experience, from check-in which was quick as the check-out and afterwards (as I forgot my personal pillow in the room). The room was spacy, and the breakfast was very complete.
One fundamental matter was the Tesla Superchargers, which was crucial in my hotel choice.
The service afterwards was amazing too. They sent me an e-mail with a photo of my pillow, and I could plan a date for pick-up. As I live 6 hours away and do not pass for Valence often, I choose June to pick it up. I'm confident it'll be safe and really appreciate the effort of the hotel.

I had a wonderful experience. The location is incredibly convenient, close to the highway. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I appreciated the modern amenities and the cozy atmosphere. Overall great value and comfort—perfect for a stress-free trip! Highly recommend!

Exceptional service from Virginie! We arrived at the hotel late at night and she went above and beyond to help us find a room. She took the matter very seriously and was so helpful - the service was amazing.
This is the third time we've stayed at the Novotel Valence Sud on our travels, and the hotel just keeps getting better every year. The facilities are great and it's a perfect stop on our route. We'll definitely be back again soon. Highly recommend this hotel!

We are really happy with our stay.
We had to pivot on our travel plans and we grateful we found the Novotel Valence Sud when we did.
The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Aboyu on the front desk and the waiting staff.
The pool was great for a warm day.
The food was excellent, I love French food. However, there was a good modern twist added to the menu.

Lots of parking space and Tesla charging. The restaurant is lovely and food is good. Would be even better if the room could be a bit bigger.

There is no reception. We were looking for reception and asked the restaurant people and they were keep on pointing at the table. And we dint expect this from novotel. Whoever has given a thought to remove the reception desk must be crazy or mad.
But then we met the person who did our check inn. Served us very well. Thank you. And he was prompt. But i feel pity on him he was running around the table like headless chicken. But he was working really hard. Its not his fault. Its the person who has designed the place.
First we felt at the ground floor Its a club or bar only. Then after a while we got to know the reception is just there without desk.
The room was nice best shower. Nice bed but not great sofa bed. Great breakfast but no bread for toasting while toaster was there but they said they don't have brown or white bread to toast.
I would have given 5 star but only because of reception 3 star.
