Surrounded by beautiful nature, vineyards, forests and fields, Simantro Resort is a true oasis where you can escape from everyday life.
While the whole our family enjoyed it a lot, it is most suitable for families with small kids. Food is excellent and everybody is very kind! The whole beach is covered with fine sand and is very kid-friendly.

The hotel’s serene location is perfect for a relaxing holiday, with excellent beach access. Rooms are spacious and equipped with a mini fridge, and the staff are friendly.
If plqnning to go out to the nearby villages, it's cheaper to rent a car than taxi.
However, several areas need improvement. Service, especially room cleaning, is subpar, and beverages aren't replenished daily. The room decor is outdated and constant bath leaks are problematic.
Although there is a variety of food, hot dishes are often served cold, making dining unsatisfactory.
Due to these shortcomings, recommending the resort is difficult for me despite it's tranquil setting.

Avoid the restaurant at all costs !!! We had the worst lamb chops ever. We had the same dish few days ago and it was nice big portion. And when we complained the waiter tried to convince us that they are doing them by weight, but clearly it was half portion and only bones and fat. The waiter also smelled of booze.

Beaultiful place. Very nice stuff. Excellent food. Don’t miss the sunsets on the beach. You are going to have a very nice familly time in Simantro, we went in September and the weather was very warm. Rooms are cleaned each day, so you don’t have to worry.

A very good beach, kids friendly and lovely staff. Rooms are good and quiet and very clean. Would recommend and come again. The bar offers different entertainment every night example greek night, jazz night etc. The hotel has a kids playground.

This is the most ridiculous hotel I’ve ever been.The people aren’t friendly and we waited 2 hours to check in.I don’t think they know what is a vacuum cleaner becos it was so dirty. The pool is so dirty and we didn’t even touch the water. The bathroom in my room was flooded after every shower. I definitely don’t recommend.On breakfast there is nothing to eat and they didn’t even have salami. It was awful!

The beach is a miracle. The building itself is stunning and whenever you go for a walk you find something new.
The breakfast and the dinner are just amazing! From authentic Greek food to food for picky children. Everything you can think of.
As someone who works in a hotel I must mention the rudeness of the personal; no one is interested in anything. Only the Bell Boy is acting like a real professional and welcomes the kids just so they can never forget the experience.
Also the “problem” with the sunbeds is actually a problem with the guests themselves. It’s just a bunch of selfish people keeping more place than they really need which is not a reason to lower the overall score of the hotel.
This place is worth seeing and worth every cent!
We have already recommended this place to all of our friends and we are coming back here for sure !! ❤️

Nice resort, rooms can be renovated, the staff is very polite and offers good service, food is delicious and with good variety. The food is always enough and fresh. There were enough sunbeds, no need for reservation! The two swimming pools were clean. Few evenings there ware organized entertainments. Very good value for money!

Our family had a wonderful time at Simantro Resort. The resort consists of several buildings of specific traditional architecture. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, and the food is plentiful and delicious. You’ll also find two swimming pools at your disposal. The hotel has its beach with free sun loungers and umbrellas, and the fine, clean sand is ideal for your little ones to play. The sea is shallow up to 30 meters from the shoreline, which is also great for children and parents. For the youngest, there’s a playground and a children’s club.
