Small budget hotel is located on a hill which offers fantastic views of the sea. Consists of three buildings built in traditional architectural style. Comfortable rooms, good service. Pine path access to a sandy beach. Easy access to the centre of the popular resort of Kallithea village with a developed tourist infrastructure.

Consists of two 2-storey buildings.

On arrival we was greeted by very friendly staff and the price is right for what you get however we felt the breakfast was a little poor and we would’ve just got a room only package if we knew the breakfast was going to be how it was, the water pressure was awful and on the last day the hot water for the shower didn’t even work so had to take a cold shower when it was a cold morning, other than that I cannot fault it

We had a very bad experience with this hotel! We booked a room directly to the hotel and told them that we arrive late after 10pm! We arrived 12am and there wasn’t anyone there! I think they dont even have a reception! We kept calling but no answer so we were stuck in the middle of the night checking for hotels until 2am!
Anyways the place looked very very old and bad maintained compared to the price which was average not cheap!

Excellent location with fantastic views over the sea. Hotel manager, Stella, and all the staff/ family couldn't be more helpful and keen to make our holiday the best experience.

A lovely family hotel who made us very welcome. The rooms are spotlessly cleaned to a high standard by the lovely Stella, who always has a smile on her face. The pool over looks the ocean so it is a fabulous place to sun bath under the beautiful pine trees. Then there is the main man, Evripidis, who runs the bar and never seems to be off duty! He was on the go the whole time, serving drinks, mixing cocktails, taking food orders, wiping tables, always with a smile. Such a happy guy, nothing is too much trouble. Working from sunrise to sundown. The location is perfect, a short walk to the tavernas, shops and the supermarket. Breakfast has an assortment of scrambled eggs, omelettes, cereal, continental, delicious pastries and cakes. Highly recommend ordering food here for lunch or dinner, burgers and souvlaki are amazing. Lia and her family work so hard so you don’t have to. A fabulous place to unwind. Thank you for our wonderful holiday

just had another fantastic week at evripidis hotel. 3 star hotel with 5 star plus service. at evripidis you are not just a guest you are family and treated as family. nothing is to much trouble. the rooms are spotless nice balcony food lovely. you must try the cojouns. thank you all again and we will be with you all again in september

The View from the pool blew us away,overlooking the gulf of Kassandra was Amazing ..we fell in love with this beautiful place and the family.from the small boys who entertain us to grandma's cakes at breakfast, Evripidis on the bar made beautiful cocktails & tasty snacks/ meals.. the whole family are warm & friendly.Evripidis Hotel ticked all our boxes.The rooms were cleaned every day,our beds very comfortable fresh linen & towels every other day.Mini Fridge,Kettle too..we love our early tea & coffee on the balcony watching the sun rising, overlooking luscious Olive trees ..Thankyou for for the Olives they Delicious ..lazy relaxing day's around the pool sunbeds comfy plenty of shade & seating under the pine trees with amazing View..Steps down to the beach are a challenge but Worth it..walking to Kallithea took us 10min plenty of restaurants & bars,shops & supermarkets...Afytos 40mins walk ..Very Pretty Village sum amazing views overlooking the dazzling Aegean Sea.and at night it's Magical all lit up and buzzing for dining, drinking & shopping ..Taxi home 6 euros..Thankyou Evripidis for a wonderful Holiday..see you next year..

It was an amazing experience to be at that hotel. Our suite room with pool and sea views was truly outstanding, breakfast was excellent and the whole place was very clean. Hygiene is very important to me; that place was super clean, lovely family, hard worker and very friendly family, I cannot wait to return, but next time I will definitely stay longer. I recently stayed at Evripidis hotel and it exceeded all my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and the environment was simply stunning. The hotel is surrounded by lush olive trees, offers breathtaking sea views, and boasts a vibrant garden filled with flowers.
The pool area is perfect for sunbathing, while shaded spots under the trees provide a peaceful retreat from the sun. Breakfast was also a highlight - delicious food and with a wide variety of options.
The location is ideal: close to the sea, just 20 minutes from the charming town of Afytos, and only 5 minutes from the center of Kallithea. My husband and I had such a wonderful experience that we’re already planning to return. Highly recommend!

The hotel does NOT have a beach. Not even can be considered near the beach since it is on a hill. Vey false advertising on their side calling it a beachfront or whatever. Unless you are willing to take a 10 min very dangerous and steep HIKE to the sea (not even a beach no ammenities etc) then be my guest but I do not wish to go hiking just to reach sea in my vacation. Other than this horrible logistics issue, the rooms...
We booked a three people bedroom. 3. If you can call it that, appearantly it is only on the title and price. Putting a bed in a one person bedroom and charging quite extra is really not okay in my opinion. There wasn't even any room left to open my suitcase (cabin baggage even). Did not even bother to provide third of anything, it was if they were preparing a two person bedroom. No third towel, no bed cover... Two soaps and two shower gels that's it. Plus one of the soaps was cracked open already, very nice... No hand towels provided either... The shower head handle was broken. The water coming out: ORANGE. Yep ORANGE not even yellow. Yeah, no shower for us I guess. Very smelly bathroom overall, still using moldy shower curtains in 2024? Quite dirty overall too. The breakfast options were VERY limited and honestly bad :/ Does not deserve the money at all. Only the location makes it bearable but if you do not have a car or you want to just chill/ and vacation in a comfortable area, not the best choice. Do not recommend.
