Good value for money hotel. Fairly close to airport, had a late check due to delayed flight and night staff were great checking us in with no problems. Rooms a bit small for 3 people but otherwise good. Basic breakfast but was fine.

We called this place home for 3 nights, since we felt at home. You have tv and drinks in refrigerator. Good brekfast, clean, quiet, and with friendly personel. I like its name also (pine tree=pefka). We atended a funeral, and having this nice refuge was warming our heart in rush times for us.

Where should I start; The mattresses were very hard, cleanliness was questionable (evident from the fact that we saw a centipede and further buttressed from our sighting of insects in our room), and our towels were not changed even though cleaning service came to our room and clearly saw how they were extremely wet after a whole day of usage. At the same time, the breakfast variety was mediocre at best. Furthermore, why does a hotel in Thessaloniki have pictures of Athenian landmarks in its rooms? Imagine if a Real Madrid fan went to Camp Nou wearing a Real jersey. Also, the walls are discolored severely, which makes for bad aesthetics. Lastly, the only positive aspect of our stay was the relatively helpful staff.

Breakfast is lowest Standard. No choice of food and the orange juice tasted awful. The room should be cleaner, Hair from the previous guest in the bathroom. Whitish stains from the previous guest on the edge of the bed I don't want to imagine what he did there and with whom. The mattress was very soft and saggy, although it was supposed to be a special mattress. The price is probably okay, even if it seemed too high for what was on offer

Recently refurbished hotel. Nice and comfortable but with extremely thin partition walls, very poorly insulated against noise. Breakfast of fair quality. Friendly staff. Short ride to the airport.

Maybe the post Covid consequences: The bed was fine. Shower tray, water did not drain. Calcified taps. Door frames, walls, floor: everything was damaged, bare and full of stains. A somewhat dilapidated property. Breakfast not replenished. An hour and a half before the end of breakfast we found empty dishes and hated everything unrefrigerated!!! Fried egg was dried out as if it was from the day before. Elevator makes a lot of noise. Too bad for almost €100 this was a 'never again experience'.

For the price of this hotel I was very impressed. The room was large with a couch, robe, slippers, 2 TV’s and a wrap around balcony. The price also included buffet breakfast which, for the price, was adequate. It is only a few mins walk to shops and restaurants. Overall a very pleasant experience.

location excellent in the pines, rooms renovated with taste and comfortable, mattresses / pillows very good, helpful staff, breakfast excellent and in quantities. Only negative is the lack of soundproofing

The hotel is located in the north suburb of Thessaloniki called Panorama and is a little bit hard to find. Te hotel itself from the outside looks like a typical hotel but from the inside looks very nice and well preserved. The room was great, spacious and clean. The balcony was very big with amazing views Bed was really comfortable and big and bathroom was also very clean and looked new. Breakfast was also great with lots of fresh choices. Wifi was also working properly. The negatives were the elevator which was somehow dated and dirty, the location of the hotel which is around 10 km from the center ot the town and the staff which looked very bored. There is no parking spot so you park your car everywhere you will find available. The price is a little bit high and although we went directly to the reception it had the same price as in *********** We will definitely visit this hotel again in the future
