I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms weren’t perfect but were still great for the price I paid. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly option, it’s hard to beat. The location is a bit far from the White Tower, but there are buses every 5-10 minutes that can get you there easily. Overall, it’s a great option for a very reasonable price. Would recommend!

First of all, the hotel's private parking is a parking lot with about 5 or 6 free spaces, so if you don’t find one spot there you have to park on the street, where it’s free but not safe. The room we stayed in is dirty. The bedding and curtain had stains on them. In the bathroom, we were greeted by water on the floor, the trash can was not emptied, and the toilet was messy. Also there was a terrible stench and we were unable to open the window. The corners were extremely dirty, and the fridge hardly cools. The room is not even like the ones in the pictures, we felt like we were in a cave because of the gray walls and the light that didn't work because it was hanging on a couple of wires. In any case, we expected much more.

I had a wonderful stay at Rotanda Hotel in Medinah. The staff, especially in the restaurant, were extremely polite and attentive. However, the managers truly stand out — they are a different story altogether. Their helpfulness, professionalism, and excellent behavior reflect the epitome of humanity. They are true professionals in every sense, ensuring a pleasant and seamless experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Medinah!

Can I give 0 stars? This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room looks nothing like in the photos and they refuse to refund the money despite the inaccuracy. The beds are the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in. Everything is old, the bathroom is dirty and old. The receptionist is rude. I just have no words. This place is disgusting. I hated it!

First room we were given was an old outdated room with a shower cabin that was barely working.
We asked for a different room because it did not match with any of rhe pictures we have seen when booking.
The second room was looking better but the mattress was yellow due to it being old and overused. The room also had a urine smell to it and in the bathroom there was mold on the walls.
When we went to the reception to tell them we were leaving the staff did not even bother to ask why and/or try to help us. Instead we were given just an arrogant “Ok”

It is very close to city center and located in one of main street of Selanik.
We visited just for a nigth for a short sleep and continue to our way because of its location.
The main advantage is it has a car park, even it is little if you are lucky you can have empty available space for car parking.
It is a just very close to everywhere even by walk, around 15-20 min to center and downtown.
The rooms are small but enough for short stay.
One negative thing that ı cannot understand and accept is there is no WATER inside, a very small bottle of water should need to be served for visitors.
Bathroom glass doors are semi closed and when you have shower everywhere gets wet.
Need some more improvement.

Worst hotel to stay at definitely would not stay here again every time the room was cleaned room items would be taken away like bed sheets and most importantly my Tiropita was taken away as rubbish for that I will never forgive Rotonda and lastly is it that hard for some genuine service a friendly conversation? Also fix the holes in the holes in the wall and as for breakfast can you guys make it fresh instead of serving 4 day old food

The location is perfect you’re near to walk around for shopping, restaurants and bars!
I just had a bad experience with their receptionist at night shift. I accidentally lost my key card, so i asked help from the reception. while fixing my key card i thought i should follow him instead with an attitude very rude ordering me to stay because no one is in the reception. I honestly don’t get what he meant but i was offended with his tone asking me to stay! I even became a door person! I opened the locked door for guests coming in!Very poor service, so racist receptionist!

I had a wonderful experience, very clean room, exceptional comfort and service. The restaurant had delicious affordable food and breakfast was good too, not too many options but good quality items. Highly recommend!
The rooms no longer look like the real photos but more modern industrial looking.
The location is by a busy intersection so be careful crossing and don’t walk late at night.
