Totally unfriendly, to say the least, insolent, during the reservation one price was agreed, female operator, and during check-in the price was almost doubled, male receptionist. Classic heist. Allegedly, they have a couple of parking spaces in front of the hotel, and then they call the parking service from the reception and register their guests. In short, the old bald receptionist is a classic pickpocket.

We are a travel agency from Kosovo, and every weekend we work with Hotel Anesis in Thessaloniki.
Everything is perfect — the staff, the service, the accommodation — all at the right and professional level.

Personel was very nice and helpful. There are 2 parking spots in front of the hotel. We were lucky that there was a free spot. Our room was clean and breakfast was satisfactory. The hotel is not to far from Aristotales square and nice restaurants.

the staff was nice, very helpful and ready to support you. the view was on the back. no balcony, the breakfast was average, the croissant was not fresh. the jam was bought from the supermarket instead of offering greek products that are so valued by the tourists. the location is far away from the Aristotle square.

The location is very nice. They helped us with car parking. The breakfast was very nice and delicious, we liked it very much. I made a reservation via e-mail. Thank you very much to Lazarou Maria during the reservation process. If I come to Thessaloniki again, it will be my first choice.

Hotel is close to the train station and the harbour. Some staff were helpful, others less so. Even though the hotel was apparently recently renovated, it gives the feeling of being run-down - there were holes in the bathroom floor towel, the fittings on the shower pipes were loose, the toilet was installed skew with the toilet paper holder not properly fixed and hanging skew. The fitting for the hand shower was at waist height, meaning the only way to get a proper shower was to hold it above your head with one hand. Wall fixtures in the bedroom were fitted skew with screws sometimes only screwed in half way. Breakfast was average at best.

The attention of the reception staff was fantastic, very attentive and excellent problem solving.
The breakfast was surprisingly positive, since based on the comments I had read I was expecting something bad, but it far exceeded my expectations.
The room was comfortable, although somewhat small.
Everything very adequate and good quality-price ratio.
