Stayed for a couple of nights at the Santa Marina Hotel and I must say it is a great 5 star hotel. The room and facilities were great. I enjoyed using the gym with modern equipment and also the spa to relax. The hotel has direct access to a private beach which makes the stay even more unique. The service was good and the beach staff very professional.

By far the best hotel in Mykonos. Amazing private beach with great restaurants overlooking the beach and blue water. Great service throughout the hotel, great check in and reception experience. Concierge was also very helpful. Hard to leave.

AMAZING! The location, property, service, and amenities far exceeded our expectations. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure our family had the best experience in Greece and at their property. Unquestionably, our entire family said they would all go back and stay here!!

We stayed in Mykonos for four nights in late May through early June and overall, we had an enjoyable experience. We’ve visited Mykonos several times before, and on our last stay we were at the Kivotos Hotel. I must say, this time around, the experience was noticeably better. We had dinner at the hotel, and also enjoyed a couple of meals with friends at restaurants outside the property. The hotel itself is very nice—I truly can’t complain—but I feel that it has the potential to be even better. There’s something missing, a certain refinement or charm that could elevate it from good to exceptional. That said, it certainly won’t be my last visit, and I do plan to return. On a broader note, I’ve observed that Mykonos is becoming increasingly expensive. In fact, it now costs less to visit the French Riviera than to holiday in Mykonos. Some restaurants outside the hotel are charging very high prices, often not justified by the quality or overall experience. I believe this trend could have long-term consequences, and the local hospitality industry should take note, as a decline in tourism may not be far off if this continues.

Incredible people, service and accommodations. 10/10. Would come back avail in a heart beat. The Buddha bar was fun. The kids loved the beach and pool. The villas were super luxurious and the food was great. Breakfast was delicious and the drinks were lovely

We visited this hotel the second week of September and it was the best decision. This hotel is definitely one of the more expensive Marriott’s but truly everything you could want for a honeymoon resort. We visited as the last leg of our trip and were not disappointed. For starters with this hotel the transportation to/from the ferry port was included as well as daily breakfast. The daily breakfast spread was amazing, my favorite was the crab Benedict. A beautiful selection of both ala carte and buffet options including juices, pastries, eggs, meats. As a Mariott Titanium member, we were kindly greeted with 2 bottles of champagne in the room and 5STAR service throughout the stay. The room was beautiful with all the essentials, and we were upgraded to a rooftop ocean suite with views of both sides of the island. During our time there we also rented the Technohull boat through Anastasia which was an excellent experience… Daily at both the pool and beach we ate at Buddha Bar, food was excellent. Service was excellent. One of the nicest parts of this hotel is the private, well groomed beach and little swim lagoon with comfortable chairs and full service staff daily. Mykonos tends to be overcrowded and this hotel offers that private luxury. The hotel is also within walking distance of a small town with several restaurants and a grocery store. Truly can not wait to go back again one day, highly recommend!

We had such a lovely stay here I can’t speak highly enough of it. We found the staff courteous and attentive - anyone we met once remembered us our whole stay (or maybe I have a unique face lol!) The food was lovely, particularly the breakfast but also the lobster pasta deserves mention. While my sister and I were here to celebrate my birthday I can confidently say this is a dream location for a honeymoon.
This hotel shines because it creates the sense of an escape. You’re vacationing at one of the top tourist locations globally but still feel so exclusive. I’ll never forget the wonderful views from our balcony and the Greek hospitality ❤️

We just completed a week-long stay at the Santa Marina resort and had a wonderful experience. The room was incredible (walkin closet, private terrace and pool) and the combination of a pool and a beach club cannot be beat. We enjoyed relaxing during the day and going to the Buddha Bar at night. And the service was excellent...in particular, Stefanos at the bar and Leonidas for the pool service...they were absolutely terrific. We will definitely consider coming back. Best, Rich and Sue

Incredibly poor service- in every way. I have stayed at numerous 5 star hotels, and have never been disapointed. Everything was an effort for this hotel. When asking to upgrade our room- we had requested a suite, but were given a small room, we were told to go onlne. When our number 3 arrived, they refused her entry despire us giving the reception her name prior to her arrival. Everything we asked for was a problem- towards the end we just stopped asking, even for ice to our room. . We knew that check out was going to be bad, it turned into a total nightmare. They overchagrd us 1800 euros, but we were told that they couldn’t reverse the charge before talking to the manager. They maintained that we had stayed three nights instead of two- which was crazy. Thankfully we were able to move to the Bill and Coo- fantastic. Night and day!

As 3 friends who travel together, we always stay at 5 star hotels, we have had over 40 trips together. We have always been very happy with the hotels, and have never given a bad review. The hotel itself is nice, but the customer service is deplorable. We had requested a suite, but were given a small room. When we requested a change, they said that I had to go online. Our nr 3 arrived the following day, and we had informed the staff of this several times, but they would not check her in, the manager needed to come and fix this. Every request we had seemed to be a huge effort for them, even the simplest things. The checkout was not pleasant. They had overcharged us 1800€, and said they could not refund the credit card charge, They said the manager needed to approve this. They claimed we had stayed 3 nights instead of 2- which was bizzare. After 2 nights we were fortunatly able to move to the Bill and Coo, which was like heaven.
