Hotel is advertised as having a swimming pool, it is only a pond rather than a swimming pool. Most of it is about 25cm deep based on the sign by its side and about 3 x 4m is 1.2 deep. How is this a swimming pool for a 5 star hotel? I tried to book in to the hotel next door, Divani Apollon Palace the moment we arrived and pay from my own pocket but there was nothing available. Beach is about 200m away but only a very small part of it is open to public and the rest privatised with €20 entrance fee. Really disappointed.
Breakfast very limited not of 5 star hotel quality and quantity. Nothing near by and had to take a taxi everywhere we had to go.
Did not see a single person using the swimming pool in 6 days we were there. It is not a swimming pool, just a pond

The worst hotel I used I stayed 14 nights I called claiming that my room not clean 9 times they clean the tables after 10 days and the floor only one time they never add any thing used from the bathroom also the pictures on there website not tru they take it from other hotel they told me they have swimming bool but they have only bath top can take only 2 persons also the hotel don’t have kitchen they bring the food from there other hotel with out any cover from dust and bacteria the rooms very old condition.
Only one thing is good is the front disk they are very nice and do there best to help but housekeeping never do there work and the maintenance also because my window not closed and I can’t sleep will from the noise outside but they don’t do it.

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel! The location is perfect, and the service exceeded all expectations. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Perrakis for his gracious hospitality gift, which added a touch of elegance to our stay. Special thanks to Marilena at the front desk and Katerina for their warm attention and outstanding service. You truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommended!

Very Bad experience. I do not recommend at all. Slow and rude receptionist. Smelly room like cigarettes, not clean enough. Not 5 stars Services at all. Pool has 4 sunbeds only.

Do not be fooled by this hotel and its photos they are deceptive! We spent near 1.6k AUD to stay for three nights. The room was small and definitely not a 5 star styled up room. with not much customer service.
They Took a 300 euro deposit incase we used facilities to its neighbouring second hotel next door. Which we didn’t use and still have not received that money back into my account.
The only saving grace to this hotel was the great breakfast and the lovely lady who works there who was very friendly.
But no I wouldn’t ever recommend or stay here again.

Nice clean place, not much in terms of services but you have full access to the mother hotel and pools, beach right next door.
