It's a very old hotel. The hotel facilities are a bit old. I'm not used to their bathing. It's very convenient to take a taxi. The lobby is also very large. It's good to go shopping and eat around. The breakfast is rich. You can see the Acropolis from the hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights after a NCL cruise. Perfect hotel. Staff are brilliant. Room was clean, comfortable and had complimentary cold beers, waters, red wine and coffee machine waiting. We stayed at the Polis Grand a few times during our trip in Greece. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful! I wanted to call special attention to Costas! He was there almost every time we were in the lobby, and he made a point to remember us and greet us with familiarity, making the check in / check out process feel a lot smoother! We stayed at this hotel twice. The first time our room was very small with two beds together instead of one big bed. The second room was much bigger with one bed, but no balcony like the first one had. The rooftop bar has a decent view of the Acropolis, but it's nothing like the pictures online.

The hot tub wasn't working during our stay, and given the weather the pool was too cold to go in. The hotel is comfortable and well located, and the surroundings may be a bit rough because of graffiti, but we didn't feel unsafe. We had a suite and was quite spacious. Very close to the stop for the red go on go off bus. Everywhere we needed to go was within walking distance. We only ate breakfast in the hotel. The standard was very high. Such an array of choices, definitely recommend it.

*This review is only for the restaurant* We dinned there after a wedding ceremony. The prepared menu was neatly cooked and all the varieties of meat tasted great. For a restaurant of a 4-star hotel though, it wasn't something spectacular. The waiting staff were fast and polite, despite the 70 people that they had to serve. If you want to stay here, you will possibly enjoy the restaurant too.

I had a very positive experience after booking 10+ rooms for my wedding guests in Palmyra hotel. Their reservations department communicated effectively with me and on time about organisation and payments. My guests were all delighted with their stay and the room.

Very spacious rooms with abundant parking and good air conditioning. They didn’t have the room we booked so we received a family room (two separate rooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 twin beds, a living room with a couch and coffee table). However the rooms were quite noisy being close to the airport and a 6 lane road, but the view from our balcony was great.

Very good hotel in a good location. The breakfast is great, with many options. I was on a business trip and was really surprised with this hotel! Good location, clean, honest price and very friendly staff. The restaurant was also excellent and I believe it was the best Greek Salad in my (long) life. You need to plan to spend some time to really enjoy the breakfast. What else do you need?
