Hotel is pretty large and grand, with a huge reception area. Some parts are a little dated but most looks clean and well looked after. Staff are friendly and attentive and you feel well looked after. It's not the cheapest place but the higher prices are justified

We actually checked in on the day after we were supposed to. My travel agents fault. No problem, they moved the day of check in and off we went. Went there on my birthday and the front staff has upgraded me to a premium room (park view) with free breakfast. The pool, restaurant are great and you are free to use the gym and sauna after checkout. I would say this is definitely a highlight or my birthday trip and the staff was really friendly - also the apple pie in the restaurant was so good!

Nice hotel, very helpful staff and good location opposite the Park. Had a superior room with a view of the acropolis from the large balcony. Unfortunately let down by the south facing balcony which was exposed to the sun all day and way too hot to use. No umbrellas or awnings or any shade whatsoever. The couch exposed to the sun was severely damaged. Wouldn't stay in this room again.

A decent 4-star hotel in Athens with over 10 floors and extensive room options for all income classes. Free gym and sauna available as well along with an open rooftop restaurant as well with a direct view of the Acropolis as well. The restaurant and room service food is amazing with excellent serving size and taste as well. It was a very pleasant 3 days stay for us here.

Hotel is nice and has almost everything you will need... Swimming pool, bar, restaurant, spa, gym.... I don't like that 5* hotel doesn't have full mini bar. You get empty refrigerator only. We have stayed at the New Hotel the last several years when we have been in Athens. Convenient location with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. We always sample the rooftop bar and they always have interesting concoctions. Plan to come back next year
