The view was great, and the staff were pretty ok, but the breakfast was very repetitive, and there were ants and cockroaches everywhere. We called reception, which is supposed to be open 24 hours at 11 pm, and they didn’t answer. We called about 10 times, and we even tried calling room service to reach reception but it didn’t work . Our room had its own backyard and it didn’t even have a door, it led straight to the street, which doesn’t feel safe to me. The driver doesn’t even speak English. I would recommend going more near the center of the island, as a taxi to the capital was 60€. We also ordered 3 lemonades and a beer and the total was 40€. The car rental was absolutely horrible. When we left, they stole 2 hats from us and refused to admit it.

I am currently staying there and the Aircon is not sufficient in our room, the placement of the aircon near the bathroom and does not cool down the room. This is basic requirement for any hotel. I would recommend to ask about the aircon before booking a room here. Haven’t had this issue previously even in a 2 star basic hotel in Greece. Aircon is basic essential for summer. Everything else is fine.

I absolutely love the view of this hotel. The staff there are amazing and helpful especially Yanus and Batsi, they are incredibly helpful staff. However, the manager her name is Margarita is very disrespectful and always has an attitude she is not very friendly and does not have welcome her staff. Also, the breakfast is not nice every day is the same thing. I would definitely go back but not with that manager there. She is disgraceful.
