The rooms were luxurious and comfortable The highlight was the staff. Helpful, kind, unpretentious. Gave great advice and service. The only thing they could work on is a bit more shade by the pool. The Bill & Coo Suites is our favorite hotel in the world. The facilities and accommodations are always well taken care of a spotless, but what set this place apart is the world class service provided by the staff.
