Beautiful resort situated along the coastline with amazing views. Great pool and facilities

We stayed in one of the rooms with a hot tub overlooking the Aegean sea (room 272) and it was the best resort experience we've had to date. We got to watch the sun set from our hot tub and it was just magical. Frkmthe moment we stepped into the lobby we were impressed by the decor. The service was impeccable and everything was spotless. The restaurants on site are pretty good and you'd be silly to skip the included breakfast. We had a few mimosas with breakfast to start each day. The walk down to the beach is short but the walk back up is a very steep hike so don't tire yourself out too much at the beach if you expect to make it back up.

I wish I could give this hotel 0 star. The front desk is a total mess. Waited over an hour to be given a room lower than I paid for. Very poor communication. The welcome experience ruined the whole stay. They are too reluctant lack attention to detail for a 5 star hotel. Had to scream at them like sheep 🐑 before getting results.
Only good thing was sushi 🍣 restaurant. Everything else was bad. Eventually had to check out and stay somewhere else (group of four).
Owner of this hotel needs to sort out the front desk including the manager (very poor). Check in and front desk too poor !

Amazing sushi restaurant!! Beach was disappointing...beds are located very close to each other...especially cause of corona didn’t feel safe. Also, we were taking towels from the hotel ourselves. I think for the 5 star hotel, they should be available directly on the beach. The beach is very unorganized...4 stars for the beach.

The sea view we booked was almost not visible due to an electricity pole and trees in front. Extremely low quality price ratio for all drinks and food. You pay a lot for not getting much and what you get is not even good. Adjacent restaurants and bars that are not a part of their chain in Elia are much better. I advise not to book at all.

The resorts and the view from resorts are mind blowing. The customer services they provide is second to none. Staff is extremely humble and they would do anything to make your trip special. I will definitely come here again.
