We stayed for 2 nights at the Brazzera hotel in Syros. It was lovely. Rooms were very tastefully decorated and maintained that lovely Greek charm. The hotel is right on the sea front. Close to several nice restaurants. Lovely clean hotel with very helpful staff/owners, who provided us with a packed breakfast for our early departure !

Exceptional service and top-notch hospitality. The staff are professionals and well informed for whatever you may require. Garage space inside the hotel, rich breakfast for everyone, the beach is right outside the entrance and every other location is within a ~20 minute drive. Will definitely visit again with a bigger group. A++

Great Hotel with a fantastic sea view and delicious breakfast. We stayed almost two weeks and never got tired of it. The host is very friendly and polite, the rooms are clean and the beach is directly in front of the hotel. Big recommendation! You’ll enjoy your stay here in Finikas.

A 3 stars hotel, however very clean with spacious rooms and a very nice breakfast buffet. Staff are very kind and helpful and always try to make your stay more pleasant. In addition, in front of the hotel there is Finikas beach, sandy and clean and you are offered free sun beds from the hotel's reception. We did enjoy our stay there and we do recommend it if you are not looking for something very fancy

A very beautiful hotel, in the front of the beach "Foinikas". The hotel was very clean, fully equipped, with the most delicious breakfast! The staff, Maria and George, was more than kind and willing to offer the warmest hospitality! This hotel is highly recommended to anyone who wants to enjoy hospitality, tranquility and a wonderful place near the beach!

Excellent service, the staff are amongst the friendliest hosts I ever know and this is the reason I write this review. I was on a business trip, meaning it's not my choice to stay here yet the staff offered their best service possible. Rooms clean and all in order.

The room was very nice, the bed was hard but I like that personally. The staff were kind and friendly. The breakfast is a bit limited but nice enough. The location is great. It was a bit more expensive than I thought with a double room but overall I would recommend staying here.

A 5-Star 2-Star hotel! Family run and smack in the center of town but away from the noise at the same time. A short stroll from the many restaurants, tavernas, and shops that make Ermopoli one of my favorite authentic Greek towns.

Great hotel with apartments. Very friendly and cooperative people. And a dream of a location! 100% gorgeous! Negatives: If you have bleached hair, your hair will turn a bit greenish from the chlorine in the pool, and the beds are really hard. Only breakfast is served, and for everything else you can go down the hill, not for anyone with walking difficulties. But those aren't really the cyclades anyway

Great old style hotel in perfect location. Room we had was a little small but loved having windows open and sitting in our room looking over the port. We looked at restaurants around Ermoupolis but kept on coming back to the Hermes’ hotel restaurant. Good food at reasonable prices and loved sitting outdoors on the terrace overlooking the water. Absolutely amazing in every way. But being able to stay in the room until the ferry docked tonight at 6 for half the night rate was what got me to write a review instead of just stars. Being able to shower off the last swim, from right below my room, was the best amenity any hotel has ever offered.

Booked an executive room with a sea view and after this they renovated the place and moved us to a port view. They still call this a sea view but you can’t see any waves or cliffs, just a noisy port and a busy road with motorcycles revving up and down most of the night. Would definitely recommend and will visit again on our visits to Syros. Room was very clean and spacious as is the whole hotel. We are in the restaurant for our evening meal, the standard was far better than we had experienced in the harbour side restaurants, and fairly priced. The staff were helpful and a credit to the hotel.

This place is gorgeous and ideally located on the edge of downtown and between two bodies of water. It lacks a beach, but beaches are available not far away. Very friendly and helpful front desk.

Really nice room with great view! Breakfast was amazing; included toast with jams, tea, coffee, a choice between eggs and bacon, grilled cheese, and croissants. You could ask for yogurt and fruit if you would like as well. Everything was delicious. The wifi was the worst part, however, since it very rarely seemed to work. At night it almost never worked. The hotel is situated within walking distance from the ferry. We were warmly received by the lady and her family who run the hotel. My wife and I spent three nights here. Anna and her husband were excellent hosts and were a font of information. Their breakfast was superb. A very pretty location. The drive to Ermoppoli is 20 minutes by bus or taxi. During the off peak season, there isn't much in the way of open restaurants.

The breakfast was amazing. Anna and George are incredible cooks. They were so helpful and welcoming and we can't wait to return.

Very nice hotel very close to the beach! The room is perfect! The bathroom is excellent! The aluminum frames are new with screens. In short, the hotel deserves many stars. The staff is very kind! this is a terrific family run boutique hotel that has polished service, an excellent seaside location and is impeccably clean. I stayed here 6 days with my wife & son and will definitely return on our next visit to Syros. I spend 2 weeks with my husband and 5 month’s baby at one of the apartments . We felt in love with Ermoupolis and Lila’s family. Everything was perfect. Looking forward to get back.

Wonderful place..unique atmosphere..the owners, Lila and Dimitris are always welcoming, and the guesthouse impecably clean but at the same time inviting and cosy..cannot recommend it highly enough!
