The hotel was very clean, fully equipped, with the most delicious breakfast! The staff, Maria and George, was more than kind and willing to offer the warmest hospitality! This hotel is highly recommended to anyone who wants to enjoy hospitality, tranquility and a wonderful place near the beach!

A Fabulous well run hotel, with a wonderful location opposite the beach. Breakfast was just delicious with home baked goodies fresh everyday. Plenty of beach lounges to borrow, we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay.

Friendly stuff, clean rooms, parking for cars. Breakfast lacks more options, there were lots of sweets, but very small choice for healthy living. Apart from breakfast, enjoyed my stay and would recommend it

A beautifully restored mansion set in the old town. Within walking distance from shops, restaurants and the port. Rania and her staff were exceptional and this place is a gem. Not to be missed if you are visiting Syros.

Excellent breakfasts and the best bar staff and coffee in all of Syros. The courtyard was the perfect oasis for remote work during the day and a drink in the evenings

All the staff were so friendly and helpful and really went out of their way to do everything possible to make you happy and relaxed. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back

The view from my room was by far the best view I’ve ever had from a hotel room. My balcony opened onto the sea and I could hear the waves all day

It’s not luxurious hotel but the restaurant was good, the staff were helpful and the rooms were clean. There was no coffee or tea available in the rooms, but there was Netflix and YouTube on every tv

Being able to shower off the last swim, from right below my room, was the best amenity any hotel has ever offered

We looked at restaurants around Ermoupolis but kept on coming back to the Hermes’ hotel restaurant. Good food at reasonable prices and loved sitting outdoors on the terrace overlooking the water

Very good location. Nice and clean hotel. The only negative for myself is that the room don't have enough space for a chair if you want to do some office work.

We are in the restaurant for our evening meal, the standard was far better than we had experienced in the harbour side restaurants, and fairly priced. The staff were helpful and a credit to the hotel

We enjoyed our stay very much! Let‘s cut right to the chase: If you book one of the two rooms available on the top floor, you have your own private whirpool overlooking the port of Syros

Hotel staff extremely nice and helpful, they are really doing their best to make the guests happy. Breakfast is small but good - something different every day, some cakes, eggs, sausages, cheese pie, etc

On the other note, internet connection uses captivity portal - fine, except this one was disconnecting my phone every 10 minutes. You really could get rid of it and rather make people sign a paper at checking with T&C

The hotel also has a large rooftop terrace with sea view, which is a very beautiful place to enjoy a nice frappe. The owners were very welcoming and kind and the breakfast they made was delicious

The room was big enough, clean, various amenities in the bathroom. We also had balcony which was nice place to sit for a while at evenings. Internet connection is free and working fairly well

Only breakfast is served, and for everything else you can go down the hill, not for anyone with walking difficulties. But those aren't really the cyclades anyway

You could ask for yogurt and fruit if you would like as well. The wifi was the worst part, however, since it very rarely seemed to work. At night it almost never worked

The hotel is situated within walking distance from the ferry. We were warmly received by the lady and her family who run the hotel. The hotel is very clean and pleasant and surrounded by stores and restaurants

A nice establishment in a convenient location, if quite noisy. Room was spacious but with a very small bathroom. Generally the hotel lacks proper management to focus on details , in order to justify its price
