Highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are lovely and spacious and have wonderful views of the Agean sea. The bathroom is quite large too. The host is very generous, kind and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is within walking distance of amazing restaurants and iconic parts of the city. You will not be disappointed.

Location was great, downtown and easy to access. Soundproofing was good too, something important, since it’s right on the road. The owner, Nikos, was really nice and friendly, eager to make our accommodation as good as possible. Breakfast came in a little basket each morning. All in all a wonderful experience, we’ll be back.

An absolute gem Ideal location from ferry terminal and easy to find. After a long journey from the UK, this was exactly what we needed. A friendly welcome from Nicos, who then made sure we had everything we needed. The views and breakfast were amazing. I spend 2 weeks with my husband and 5 month’s baby at one of the apartments . We felt in love with Ermoupolis and Lila’s family. Everything was perfect. Looking forward to get back.

The Hotel is a haven literally 50 metres from the beach with great facilities - lovely pool and sitting areas. Breakfast was exceptional - lots of choices and not only great food but lots of it. The staff are delightful and do everything to make your stay enjoyable and are incredibly accommodating - we had a 4.00PM ferry and were allowed to keep our room until 1.00PM which was really helpful.

Room was nice, food was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful with everything. Location is perfect right next to the beach and the pool was great as well. Great hotel all in all.

Amazing hotel, beach is across the street, food is amazing the hotels look really nice, small pool but not too small. It’s overall one of the best hotels I have seen. Recommend going here if ur going to Greece!!

We had a great time in the Hotel Benois! We really enjoyed our time and we are looking forward to coming back! We accidentally got off the wrong ferry port in Syros and there were no more ferries that day to Mykonos. We quickly looked up on our phone hotels and came across Hotel Benois. Outstanding hotel, with very nice and professional staff ; nonetheless, the housekeepers are very noisy, and it is difficult to take a nap in the afternoon. An effort must be made on this level. The swimming pool is perfect and well maintained. Nice place and location for holidays.

Lovely stay at Dolphin Bay, Staff was so friendly and helpful, Large pool and plenty of sunbeds in June , Just across the road from one of the nicest beaches on the Island,Room was large with walk in shower, always cleaned well. Cant wait to come back.

Excellent accommodations and extremely well run. Had an absolutely wonderful time enjoying the delightful hotel pool, the outstanding beach of Galissas, and of course the beautiful island of Syros. Could not be more family and kid friendly!

The best thing about Dolphin Bay is the great pool and how close it is to the lovely beach with a shallow, clear and sandy bay. I would say it is more 3* than 4*. The rooms are tired & dated, but functional with good AC, beds, showers (the important things). We upgraded to a superior seaview, which was worth it for the views and the space. It was a very nice and fun hotel, I saw some things that are missing like some more things for families like a game room. Besides that, the pool was very good and the slide really added to the atmosphere, the meals are very tasty and the service is amazing.

We arrived here on Thursday 29th August for three nights. The hotel is superb, lovely spacious rooms, very clean. We had a view over the bay. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Amazing hotel in one of the best areas of the island. Its location by the sea gives memorable sunrise and sunset pictures, and a direct access to the sea through private platform. Rooms were spacious and spotless. Staff were very polite. A defo YES to a comfortable accomodation in a well preserve mansion.

An amazing stay! The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. More than anything the views were incredible. The building has great access to the ocean and is just a few minutes away on foot from the port.

A beautifully restored mansion set in the old town. Within walking distance from shops, restaurants and the port. Rania and her staff were exceptional and this place is a gem. Not to be missed if you are visiting Syros.

Had the best stay at Hotel Ploes, my wife and I rate this as our best hotel experience, we have had. The staff are excellent and so attentive to our needs and the breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea and surrounding historic building was superb.
