We enjoyed a week in Suite 3 with a lovely balcony overlooking the harbor. Service is all important to Nikos, Hara and their staff. Highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are lovely and spacious and have wonderful views of the Agean sea. The bathroom is quite large too. The host is very generous, kind and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is within walking distance of amazing restaurants and iconic parts of the city. You will not be disappointed.

Location was great, downtown and easy to access. Soundproofing was good too, something important, since it’s right on the road. The owner, Nikos, was really nice and friendly, eager to make our accommodation as good as possible. Breakfast came in a little basket each morning. All in all a wonderful experience, we’ll be back.

Lila and Dimitrios were incredibly kind and hospitable. We had a wonderful stay with them in their beautiful, comfortable and unique guesthouse - will definitely be back!

Lovely, quaint neo classical style. A bit difficult to locate but the owner was more than happy to come to the port so we could follow.

I spend 2 weeks with my husband and 5 month’s baby at one of the apartments . We felt in love with Ermoupolis and Lila’s family. Everything was perfect. Looking forward to get back.

Amazing location , excellent service, nice prices !

The Hotel is a haven literally 50 metres from the beach with great facilities - lovely pool and sitting areas. Breakfast was exceptional - lots of choices and not only great food but lots of it. The staff are delightful and do everything to make your stay enjoyable and are incredibly accommodating - we had a 4.00PM ferry and were allowed to keep our room until 1.00PM which was really helpful.

Room was nice, food was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful with everything. Location is perfect right next to the beach and the pool was great as well. Great hotel all in all.

Amazing hotel, beach is across the street, food is amazing the hotels look really nice, small pool but not too small. It’s overall one of the best hotels I have seen. Recommend going here if ur going to Greece!!

We had a great time in the Hotel Benois! We really enjoyed our time and we are looking forward to coming back! We accidentally got off the wrong ferry port in Syros and there were no more ferries that day to Mykonos. We quickly looked up on our phone hotels and came across Hotel Benois. Everyone at the hotel went out of their way to welcome us for one night. The rooms and property were very clean and nice. The food was excellent. The beach across the street was beautiful and got to watch gorgeous sunset...

Outstanding hotel, with very nice and professional staff ; nonetheless, the housekeepers are very noisy, and it is difficult to take a nap in the afternoon. An effort must be made on this level. The swimming pool is perfect and well maintained. Nice place and location for holidays.

Dolphin bay was an amazing stay. I was here for a week with a group, they were incredibly accommodating and super helpful. We were supposed to leave but our Ferris was delayed a day and they accommodated us getting new rooms. The rooms were very clean, the beach is really close and the pool is huge! Highly recommend!

We have just enjoyed an excellent stay at The Dolphin Bay Resort on Syros. This well formed and well priced family resort is like a Greek fishing village perched in the hillside overlooking Galissas Bay and beach. The hotel is divided into new and older rooms. The older rooms have a tired feel, with blankets smelling of cigarette smoke (in fact, that smell will haunt you for several hours). The bathroom doesn't have a shower, just a hand-held showerhead, which makes bathing uncomfortable. Furthermore, the hall leading to the rooms is dark and smells of cigarettes too. Excellent accommodations and extremely well run. Had an absolutely wonderful time enjoying the delightful hotel pool, the outstanding beach of Galissas, and of course the beautiful island of Syros. Could not be more family and kid friendly!

Beautiful hotel looking out to the sea. The staff are all so friendly. A family run hotel. Spyros and his family made us very welcome. Beautiful terrace where you can have a drink or have a super breakfast again looking onto the sea. Very tranquil place would definitely recommend this place.

Amazing hotel in one of the best areas of the island. Its location by the sea gives memorable sunrise and sunset pictures, and a direct access to the sea through private platform. Rooms were spacious and spotless. Staff were very polite. A defo YES to a comfortable accomodation in a well preserve mansion.
