A 3 stars hotel, however very clean with spacious rooms and a very nice breakfast buffet. Staff are very kind and helpful and always try to make your stay more pleasant. In addition, in front of the hotel there is Finikas beach, sandy and clean and you are offered free sun beds from the hotel's reception. We did enjoy our stay there and we do recommend it if you are not looking for something very fancy

A very beautiful hotel, in the front of the beach "Foinikas". The hotel was very clean, fully equipped, with the most delicious breakfast! The staff, Maria and George, was more than kind and willing to offer the warmest hospitality! This hotel is highly recommended to anyone who wants to enjoy hospitality, tranquility and a wonderful place near the beach!

Nice hotel right on the beach. Friendly stuff, clean rooms, parking for cars. Good facility with veranda. Breakfast lacks more options, there were lots of sweets, but very small choice for healthy living. Every day the same. Apart from breakfast, enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

A Fabulous well run hotel, with a wonderful location opposite the beach. Breakfast was just delicious with home baked goodies fresh everyday. Plenty of beach lounges to borrow, we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay.

A beautifully restored mansion set in the old town. Within walking distance from shops, restaurants and the port. Rania and her staff were exceptional and this place is a gem. Not to be missed if you are visiting Syros.

Lovely hotel in a tastefully restored neoclassical mansion, perfectly located in the luxxy Vaporia district, a couple of minutes walk from both the main square, and city beach. Outstanding breakfast served in the pretty courtyard. Roof terrace has great views across the city & sea. The perfect place to stay in Syros.

The Aristide Hotel is a gorgeous designed, luxurious boutique hotel. Every details has been thought of: hair straighteners, skin care in re usable containers, beach towels, filtered cold water delivered throughout the day to name a few. Impressive art collection. Excellent breakfasts and the best bar staff and coffee in all of Syros. The courtyard was the perfect oasis for remote work during the day...

What a stunning place. Our room was incredible, spotlessly clean and very comfortable with lots of little extras. Beautiful breakfast in he garden, great coffee. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and really went out of their way to do everything possible to make you happy and relaxed. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back.

A beautifully and discretely presented hotel making most of historical mansion right on the waterside. Lovely simple but elegant rooms. Breakfast terrace right by the water. Utterly peaceful and airy while very close to the centre. Very helpful and charming staff - without being intrusive in any way. A very nice place to stay.

Beautiful establishment right smack dab in the middle of charming Ermoupolis. Front desk clerk was especially pleasant, welcoming and accommodating to this tired traveller. Water bottle (Greek brand, not Coca Cola “Avra”) in the room fridge is also thoughtful. (Can’t understand why all hotels don’t spend the extra pennies to provide this.) Very nice hotel room. The stuff is pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good as well as the room service. The view from the balcony was okay. It was close to the harbor. Easy access.

Great old style hotel in perfect location. Room we had was a little small but loved having windows open and sitting in our room looking over the port. We looked at restaurants around Ermoupolis but kept on coming back to the Hermes’ hotel restaurant. Good food at reasonable prices and loved sitting outdoors on the terrace overlooking the water. Included breakfast reasonable.

Very good location. Nice and clean hotel. The only negative for myself is that the room don't have enough space for a chair if you want to do some office work.

Absolutely amazing in every way. But being able to stay in the room until the ferry docked tonight at 6 for half the night rate was what got me to write a review instead of just stars. Being able to shower off the last swim, from right below my room, was the best amenity any hotel has ever offered.

Booked an executive room with a sea view and after this they renovated the place and moved us to a port view. They still call this a sea view but you can’t see any waves or cliffs, just a noisy port and a busy road with motorcycles revving up and down most of the night. Would definitely recommend and will visit again on our visits to Syros. Room was very clean and spacious as is the whole hotel. We are in the restaurant for our evening meal, the standard was far better than we had experienced in the harbour side restaurants, and fairly priced. The staff were helpful and a credit to the hotel.

This place is gorgeous and ideally located on the edge of downtown and between two bodies of water. It lacks a beach, but beaches are available not far away. Very friendly and helpful front desk.

Excellent service, the staff are amongst the friendliest hosts I ever know and this is the reason I write this review. I was on a business trip, meaning it's not my choice to stay here yet the staff offered their best service possible. Rooms clean and all in order.

The room was very nice, the bed was hard but I like that personally. The staff were kind and friendly. The breakfast is a bit limited but nice enough. The location is great. It was a bit more expensive than I thought with a double room but overall I would recommend staying here.

A 5-Star 2-Star hotel! Family run and smack in the center of town but away from the noise at the same time. A short stroll from the many restaurants, tavernas, and shops that make Ermopoli one of my favorite authentic Greek towns.

Great hotel with apartments. Very friendly and cooperative people. And a dream of a location! 100% gorgeous! Negatives: If you have bleached hair, your hair will turn a bit greenish from the chlorine in the pool, and the beds are really hard. Only breakfast is served, and for everything else you can go down the hill, not for anyone with walking difficulties. But those aren't really the cyclades anyway

A small but very cozy and beautiful beach, it has sand with red rocks and shallow transparent waters.

Really nice room with great view! Breakfast was amazing; included toast with jams, tea, coffee, a choice between eggs and bacon, grilled cheese, and croissants. You could ask for yogurt and fruit if you would like as well. Everything was delicious. The wifi was the worst part, however, since it very rarely seemed to work. At night it almost never worked. Great stay overall.

The hotel is situated within walking distance from the ferry. We were warmly received by the lady and her family who run the hotel. A nice establishment in a convenient location, if quite noisy. Room was spacious but with a very small bathroom. Breakfast was unacceptable. Generally the hotel lacks proper management to focus on details , in order to justify its price.

This is my favourite budget hotel in my favourite cycladic island. The hotel stands in a quite side street above the harbor area, in the very center of Ermoupolis. From there you can explore easily the city, all the shops are around. The Aegli is a small, family run place, so don't expect luxury. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but the view.... wow. Be sure to ask for a room on the upper floor...

Me and my friends had the BEST stay at Hotel Kamelo! All the staff were so amazing - Vasilis was so friendly and helpful while we laid by the beach on the complimentary sun lounges.
