Just arrived home from a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was very nice, modern and clean- I think this can depend on where your room is within the hotel, we went for the Premium room. Balcony was large with great views! Pools offered lots of different areas to sit and were very clean. The jacuzzi is a great added bonus. WiFi worked great around the pools and eating areas. Overall we had a nice stay. The pool area is very nice, the rooms are in need of an upgrade, especially the bathroom. Staff is a bit rigid, they look like they don't really enjoy working there. As for location, if you go witv kids is a bitt far from the sea, but it's pretty close to the shops, resturants, etc.

The hotel is well positioned, the staff are extremely kind and flexible and the bar is open at midnight, I spent a week there with my fiancée. The breakfast/dinner offering is undoubtedly in the top category.

At the hotel the room was spacious, bright, with a dreamy panoramic view from the balcony and at the pool you could relax in the shade, in the interval with scorching sun. The staff was kind, friendly and the food tasty. I felt a positive energy of the location and the people.

We stayed a week, all clean, polite and nice staff. Hotel located in the center of Faliraki. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The only flaw is that the air conditioner is paid. The rest all right.

Rooms are basic but great value for money. Aircon is a necessity at €7 per night extra but is worth paying. Showers didnt have a curtain which made showing difficult. Our second visit to Rhodes and to the Garden Hotel, having originally stayed in 2015. Absolutely love it here, cannot recommend it highly enough!

The best hotel in Rhodes! Run by a lovely family family who do their very best to make you feel welcome and to ensure you have the most wonderful holiday. The first time I went to the garden hotel I was 7 years old, now I am 32! There are so many people who go back year after year which just goes to show how special this place is.

The location of the hotel is fine, it's close to the sea and Rhodos. The apartment had air conditioning and good toilet room, but furniture and kitchen especially weren't OK. It was lack of cutlery, the plates and cups were dirty. In general this place is fine because of clean beds and amazing swimming pool, but it's real 2* hotel

The location is great. It is very close to the beach. The rooms are OK, but beware of the marble floors, as they may become slippery. You have to buy or bring your own shampoo, body wash and soap. Overall good, but lots of room for improvement.

4 stars because of All Inclusive benefits and friendly staff, otherwise 3 stars. Dining, bar and pool area quite smart and well maintained. Food itself was quite repetitive, with dinner often being lunch plus some extras. Rooms were adequate for the price.

Nice rooms and facilities and child friendly. Rooms come with fridge, kettle TV and large bed. Only additions are, no shuttle service from/to airport, air con in rooms is an additional cost, wifi in bar is free but rooms is additional.

Mediocre resort, all inclusive drinks were very watered down and the food just about edible. Good location and a free beach shuttle was a plus but the rooms were an issue with air conditioning being an optional extra for €40! We stayed here in September, yes it is a basic hotel but it was such a lovely stay. The hotel owners couldn’t have been any more accommodating and welcoming, the bar staff are also very nice people.
