Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 2 years old to 17 years old stay for € 15 per person per night when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. - WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Just came back from Orias. We had a wonderful time with my wife and our 2 year old. Giannis and Chrysanthi are very welcoming and made us feel like home.
We wanted to stay near Kalavryta area but also have things to do with our kid near our hotel and Orias did not disappoint in anything.
From the wonderful breakfast with their fresh eggs from their chickens to a very discreet room service were we provided anything we needed without even asking (thank you Lola)
I am sure our child will talk about this vacation for many days.
Wonderful location and great view.
Unfortunately the chef was on a leave so we have to go back again and try their food which I guess will be awesome and super fresh from farm to table.

Amazing place.
The staff very frindly, readily available and nice.
10 min from kalvaryta, very nice view, there are a farm with animals.
The room is clean and wide. CLEAN IT EVERY DAY.
The breakfast very tasty.

Amazing place to get away, the rooms are super clean and the design is great. You get into a zen mode once you there. Giannis is always there to assist and provide information , where to go and see. You need to have dinner there, the food is divine and the service is really friendly and welcoming. Worth the visit, we will definitely be back!!!

Nice accommodation which feels like mountain/ country house equipped with fireplace and minimal decoration.

We had an amazing stay in Orias.
We needed a place to recharge and that was it! The people that work there are warm,kind and they really want to help you feel nice while you stay in the guesthouse.
The breakfast made by Stamatis was great(especially the omelet) and the owner (John) helped us find activities in the area.
We will definitely visit again!

this is an real unexpected amazing find. the property is absolute picturesque located in the mountains and very well maintained. our kids had tons of fun at the farm and the kitchen / chef is well worth a 5 star hotel and all made from own garden and farm. we loved the experience here and the host and staff is amazing.
