Absolutely outstanding experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, well-furnished, and comfortable, with a spectacular view that made our mornings and evenings extra special. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful enough to relax when we returned.
One of the highlights of our stay was the food—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety to suit all tastes. But without a doubt, the best thing about this hotel was the incredible service. A special mention goes to Lena at the reception, who truly made our stay memorable. She was always cheerful, helpful, and ready with great recommendations. Her warm and professional attitude made us feel genuinely welcome.
We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!

The hotel manager is very bad, unapproachable, rude, and has a high opinion of himself. The rooms are okay except for the poor drainage and small balconies. The hotel's food is bad; the eggs are a disaster. The only bright spot of the hotel is the long-haired waiter, who is always smiling and very kind. Also, the hotel does not have its own parking, but it is important that the hotel manager has his reserved parking spot in front, where he can drive around like crazy at 1 AM. Overall, a bad experience and poor hospitality.

The hotel is nice, but the hotel manager is terribly rude and uncultured, the pool is closed for half a day for swimming because they are bothered by the joy of younger guests, the food is very good but the same menu for 4 days. The exception is the gentleman who works in the cafe, absolutely all praise for him. Avoid this hotel.

Unprofessional staff and very poor service.. I did a day use on the beach and used the restaurant. Food was so bad.. Service was less than Food truck in the street. No dishes ( only service dish) no salt, no bread, no napkins, ...
We have ordered seafood ..Really It had nothing related to seafood . We could not eat it and talked to the manager this food was "not eatable".. Asked to cancel and ordered beef burger instead.. The manager insisted that we had to pay for the seafood " which we did not eat" ..
The Beef came even worse than the seafood.. It was almost vegetarian burger..It had really no meat.
We paid for the beef but I refused to pay for the canceled order of the seafood .
The manager was rude and we had long talk about paying for the food which was not eaten.
I don't believe that is a 4 stars hotel and I do not believe that the manager or his staff has received any training on customer service. Definitely do not recommend this place to visit, eat or stay overnight.

A great 4 star experience. Spacious rooms, a surprisingly tasty dinner buffet and above all the proximity to the beach.
