Excellent place best homemade breakfast all served fresh and warm . Great people always smile . Amazing atmosphere of villa Medina. Glamorous artitecture building all historical Flowers trees birds and cats.

Villa Melina is located pretty „close“ to the center, basically maybe 5 mins walk. The Villa itself is wonderful and reminds you more of Italy then Greece. There is a huge pool where you can swim at any time

Many cats that steal your food and attention haha. Also great breakfast! Worth its money! The only problem we had was the mattress. Pretty hard to sleep on, but that’s maybe a individual problem

It was located in a quiet part of the town and only a 5/10 minute stroll from the harbour front. The pool was brilliant, there were times where it was only the 2 of us using it

The breakfast was very good especially the apple cake. I wished I'd asked for the recipe. It was an excellent stay, I would stay again and am going to recommend to family

Villa Melina has many rooms of all kinds spread over the entire area of the building and around the pool. The villa itself is very beautiful. And the price is reasonable for what you get

The location is quite "central" as well; Kantouni/Panormos is quiet, but close to Pothia (8 min by scooter), the views and restaurants of Masouri (5 min by scooter), and walking distance to nightlife at Kantouni/Linaria beach (5 min on foot to Kantina Beach bar or Albus)

Simple rooms with balcony, could use some updating but everything is there including little fridge and airconditioning. We rented scooters to see the island and the location was good

On the location you need about 7 min to a small beach and across from the hotel there is a little supermarket

Also, the rooms are cleaned daily, which is in my opinion the most important thing one can ask for when living someplace that isn't home. Breakfast is local flavors (thyme honey, local vegetables, pastries, etc

Gave us a great price for the bikes and the room, picked us up from the port, was si helpful. Also you are close to the main supermarket so you can stock up every morning. Definitely will come back

Highly recommend to rent out scooters or a car from Stefanos, contact him ahead of time for a possible transfer from the Port to the studio when you arrive and depart

a convenient spot close to a supermarket and the town of Massouri is only a 10 minute scooter ride. All the facilities worked

I've just had a lovely stay there. The location is peaceful with nice views. Handy for tavernas/bars in Elies. A short walk will take you to Linaria beach (more nice tavernas and a fab view)

Platis gialos beach is 5 mins walk, a big shop 15 mins, but a car is definitely a necessity

I was worried about my 3 year old going up and down them so we stayed in the bedroom on the bottom floor. The rooftop jacuzzi is a lovely bonus and has great views. I would stay here again when the kids are a bit older

The neighborhood is only twice the hotel, otherwise wasteland. About 3 km to the larger town of Mastichári. Beach, public and small, sun loungers and parasols free of charge. Access to the sea is not ideal for children

Just one little complain about missing beach chairs and sunshades. But it was made up with very friendly staff (e. girls at dining room were awsome). 😉 It's an amazing place and they have a great food

Smaller, quieter, but very nice **** hotel. Large pool for swimming, a wading pool for toddlers, an outdoor hot tub, wading pool with fountains. Poolside Bar, where he plays most of the day music

The food in the dining room without any problems, everyone chooses. Shopping possibilities about 200 meters, on one other side from the hotel, where is the shop where you buy the basic things

The only negative thing is the lack of vegetation throughout the hotel. With some more pine or palm trees, one will have the feeling that the hotel is in the midst of a park

Loved it! Not too big, not overcrowded. Two times Beachvolleyball per day. Great selection at breakfast and lunch. I especially loved the local coffee prep with hot sand! Best vacation so far!

Unfortunately, the location of the taverna is in the middle of the hotel instead at the beach, where the beach bar is. The smaller beach at the left wing is quiet and sanddy, although too shallow

The location of the beach bar, above the beach, is perfect but the food there is too ordinary. The view from the room is perfect. You are looking at the small passage between two islands

Gaia Royal is probably one of the best resorts we've stayed. Rooms cleaned daily so very clean. Mini zoo for kids and also mini golf, several kids play, tennis, football, basketball court, 3 very good pools with bars

Gaia itself is a bit out of the way but there's very good buses that run from hotel reception that can take you to Kos town and that costs €3

Overall it was a nice, clean hotel in an excellent location it’s just the food was disappointing. I also would recommend to try the music bingo at the nightly entertainment as it was a big hit with my family!

Also you could tell the drinks were watered down especially the alcohol after 9pm I could taste the difference in the wine. Rooms cleaned every day and plenty of fresh towels although the maids do tend to call early

Main pool was busy during the day but there did seem to be enough sun beds although it did look abit cramped to be honest. Staff were friendly and helpful if we needed anything especially the reception staff

Having booked it and looking for reviews I was a little daunted, however there was really no need to worry about. LOCATION The hotel is set a 3 minute stroll from the beach

They were cleaned every day and towels changed. There was no soap in the bathrooms. I don’t expect shower gel but a small square of soap to wash your hands after using the toilet should be standard and it wasn’t

Our favourite which we went to several times both at lunch time and evening was Dana opposite the dancing fountain on the front

10 minutes stroll on Sea front there is the main area of Tigaki with plenty of resteraunts and tavernas

Excellent pool, rooms were ok but my self catering was a fridge a kettle a microwave and a 2 piece hob but no pans 1 knife abd 2 forks, the daily constant yawlings of their young son next to the pool bar was a real annoyance

Rooms are clean and the balconies are pretty big. The hotel is in the calm, remote area but there is a supermarket just across the street and a bus stop with the bus which goes to Kos Town and to the Airport

Everyone is super helpful and goes out of their way to please their clients. Pool area is very nice, clean. There is a lot of space, too, so there was always a lot of sunbeds to choose from

Very nice place, ideal for price and comfortable, closely from beach and windsurfing station, shops, but very quiet, nice seaview, even first floor, very hospitable host, big room, balcon, clean room and bed, small kitchen with one burner, but your can use barbeque, swimming pool in other hotel, placed nearly, but your can use it everyday without problems

The apartments are pretty standard, a small kitchen, bathroom with shower, a small bedroom with two beds and a nice terrace. The whole apartment was very clean when we arrived

The apartment is a 5 minute walk away from the beach and is also close to a local supermarket. The landlords are also very friendly and always ready to help

All in all, while the apartment is not so big, it is still great value for money

But we went there every day for lunch and drinks ! Chris and her son nic were so helpful Looked forward to seeing them again ! If ever this hotel comes up as a package we will definitely stay there! The food and drinks were really good and well priced. We had a very positive experience and the young lad, I think he was the son was great. Picking mint from the plants for our drinks and taking care preparing them

We did not stay at the hotel but did use the pool and snack bar on a few occasions. All I can say was it was clean abd well kept. However most of all the staff were very friendly and accomdating

It's free to use their pool and sunbeds as long as you spend a minimum of €30 at the bar/beach bar, which works out cheaper than paying for beds on the beach and food/drinks at a taverna

Our room was on the road side, so we had quite a lot of noise at times. Our balcony was mainly in shade so we didn’t use it. The bathroom was small and the shower screen was too small and didn’t retain the water

The whole toilet floor flooded each time we used it. The toilet was too close to the shower and got soaked. The main issue was the lack of hot water. We couldn’t shower other than between 4-5pm

The owners were always hovering around and we felt as if we were always being watched. The rooms are spacious and kept clean by the daily cleaner. She was super efficient and really friendly

The standards have dropped since we last visited. Definitely not 4 star, 3 at best. It has great views and a convenient beach although the free sun beds are rickety and uncomfortable

PANAYIOTIS the landlords offers free airport shuttle from and to the airport which was extremely helpful in our case as we didnt want to rent a car for the whole of our trip

Beautiful clean refreshing sea, uncrowded beaches. Pleasant accommodation corresponding to the studio category with regular cleaning. The stay is a bit spoiled by mosquitoes and missing insect nets.

just back from a 2 week family holiday, 2 adults, 1 teenager a 14 year old boy, very relaxing & very chilled, the rooms were a decent size although the bathroom needed an upgrade, balcony a good size, beds were very comfortable & the cleaners were in everyday the kids pool was decent but a bit too much going on for us so we spent most of our time by the main pool which was excellent, no sunbed olympics...

Lacking premium whiskey and ciders, but we will survive I'm happy to see Costa and Jiani again in the bars, some new faces, like the bar manager, who is always complaining and screaming at the staff in front of the long queues every night, not good

For those who complain about the inappropriate stars of this hotel, I tell them that if you wanna feel posh, you have to dig deeper in your pocket 😉 Once again back at home

I had a deep tissue massage with Panos, it's the best massage I've ever had, I would say go for it.. the therapist is professional, he made me feel comfortable from the first moment.

Food was good it's very difficult to cater for lots of people but food was good. Highly recommend more sunbeds as people will always leave towels all day and not use them
